Location excellent - 5 mins walk to center.

No parking ! (There is however a overnight car park 5 mins walk away thats fairly reasonable).

Absolutely wonderful property. We were welcomed with prosecco, chocs and even gin and tonics. Very comfortable beds in huge rooms. Amazing views and only a five-ten minute walk into town. Can’t recommend this place enough!

The apartment was spacious, modern, airy and spotlessly clean. It was located in a very central area near all the shops restaurants and sights which was very convenient. The host met us at the property to make sure that we had everything we needed. There was a lovely welcome pack consisting of wine and chocolates as well as some gorgeous toiletries so we could pamper ourselves during our stay.

Excellent location within easy walking distance to sights and attractions. Lovely little extra touches left in the apartment and the host was so accommodating.

beautiful, clean, everything you need plus tea, coffee, milk- a lovely bottle of prosecco was also left for us to enjoy as well as a Gin & Tonic. Great shower and accessories. garden access too. close to Podium car park-5mins walk. contact with owners was brilliant, responses so quick and very helpful.

only issue was its on main road so front bedroom was a little noisy but with ear plugs not a problem. But so close to all the shops you dont mind.

The property is exactly as per the description. It is in a great location in Bath and a short walk to pretty much everything you would need. We dropped the car off at the nearby long stay car park and the payment etc was easy to manage with the app. We were a family of four (2 kids ) plus 2 grandparents. There was plenty of space for us all across the 3 bedrooms. Living space and kitchen had everything you would expect. Look out for the nice welcome gift fro. the host. Unexpected but a nice touch. The host was very responsive when dealing with our questions before arrival and which helped as we were able to benefit from an early check in.

Great communication with the owners. beautiful period apartment. comfortable beds, bedding and good quality towels. extremely clean. beautiful views from lounge/kitchen windows.

if you are a light sleeper you will hear the road outside- don’t forget to take your earplugs- you will have a good sleep as bed and bedding extremely comfortable.

A beautiful clean apartment with spectacular views and a great location close to the city centre. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and had plenty of storage and extremely comfortable beds and bedding. The kitchen was well appointed and milk on arrival plus other treats was great. There was an information pack detailing places to eat and visit . Waitrose was nearby so we could make breakfast each day. The parking permit was useful and we were able to park nearby. Anne Marie kept in contact and answered any queries we had. Wonderful hosts.

The noise from the road was quite loud but it was a period building ! Once secondary glazing has been installed this won’t be an issue.

Fantastic central location with easy access to Bath attractions. Picturesque Georgian apartment with great city views, well equipped and really clean. Extremely welcoming and considerate hosts.

Road noise for the bedrooms at the front of the property could be heard through the night, however, this is a central city location and so not unexpected.

Anne Marie and Mark have made the apartment a home; it was wonderful to escape from “normal,”life. Every need had been catered for, the toiletries, the welcome gifts, a booklet with terrific ideas, restaurant suggestions - lunch and dinner, maps and a permit parking voucher. The location allows guests to leave the car behind and explore Bath - just wonderful! With helpful responses from the hosts, I don’t have any hesitation with recommending anyone staying here… A fantastic experience, thank you!

Apartment was lovely and location was great. Host was very thoughtful in what they provided. Great place to stay for a few nights away.

Windows were old and didn't hold much noise out.
