the property was nice and close to the cruise terminal. there’s a kitchenette in case you wish to cook something. AC was nice and cold.

Happy to see towels but the bathroom was missing soap for the shower. the music was loud at night but later was turned down. which we appreciated

Happy to be able to check our bags in early and then the following day had a late check out because we did an excursion to the National Park.

No soap to wash hands or paper towels to dry them off. WiFi didn’t work.

The parking! If you parked and someone needs to go out, you need to move your vehicle.

I had to call the property manager to get access codes to lock boxes in order to enter the property. It was very quick and easy though. The room was a good size and private. I had all the necessary kitchen items. Bedroom and main room were plenty big for one or two people. I had lots of privacy and quiet. I really liked that the location is in a neighborhood. I think it provided a more real Puerto Rico experience. It was also within walking distance of local restaurants, beaches, the convention center, gyms, shopping, and the party scene.

The shower was cold (although cold showers felt really good after walking in the heat /humidity outside). The wifi was pretty terrible. And my last two nights were, I didn't have any wifi at all. But I was busy doing over things, so it was really only a minor inconvenience.

Location is amazing. Got the authentic PR feel. Not on the touristy side so it’s more natural. Love the food in the area and the ppl are nice and quiet around you.

Couldn’t used more complementary items like floor mat and wash clothes. Tv is small and sitting up high on the wall. hot water heater takes a very long time to heat up shower.

I was very pleased with my stay. The place was accessible and clean. It was comfortable for us and felt safe. I recommend this place. I had great communication with the staff.

the stocked kitchen made it easy to cook and everything was very clean. Manuel was accommodating and available whenever we called him.
