The location is good because it has a good parking space

My whole family didn't like the hotel . Because it is full of roaches Bedsheets burnt Floor dirty Bed bugs and mosquitoes all over place Toilet seat was also full with roaches

Lot of thanks to Mr.Mohamed Saudi man at the reception who really work hard to make our check in so quick and try to make our stay so relaxing and keeping hygiene standards maintained.

It’s far from city centre, Old building , has no reception desk.

Breakfast wasn't part of the deal. Beds and air-conditioning were of acceptable standard.

Cleanliness wasn't up to the mark - disappointing washroom, and common room's basin had a water leak. TV wasn't operational. Lighting wasn't sufficient. Common corridors and lift had noisy kids - floor jumping on the lift causing annoyance.

Location is far away from the Center (masjid e nabawi). There wasn’t any charging spot available. There was only one socket for the refrigerator, the kettle and the charger. So you can only use one at a time. Room wasn’t clean at all. The curtains were too dirty. Overall not recommended at all. You can easily find some better hotel which is even near to the Center.
