Clean room, friendly staff, nice bar to hang out, great breakfast, our car parked outside in our room very secured. I like most of all Is the staff and manager who managed to solve our booking issue. They handle it professionally. Thank you for a lovely stay. we will come back.

The food and service from all staff was fantastic.

The room was terrible. The bed was very uncomfortable and no way to control the air conditioning. Forever turning the air con on and off all night. Very little room to move in the toilet/bathroom.

The hotel and staff is great. Facility is beautiful arranged and kept. The restaurant serves good food.

The location is not so good. But there are always tricycles around.

They need to look after the long term guests instead of just being focused on the money per day.

Breakfast was not offered but part of booking, in other words it was available but for additional charges.

The only main concern was the comfort of the bed, we did not stay all nights because the bed hurts your back.

Just about everything else was awesome ,the pool is super clean and very nice,the food was exceptional ,the coffee shop on site was handy and very good coffee ,There were other food places close by for options ,the beer was cold and well priced

The toilet seat had a crack in it and broke when I sat on it ,they charged 500 PHP for early check in even though the room was already ready to stay and wouldn't let me leave my luggage from 11-2 pm before check in

The food was awesome ,it had a smart tv with Netflix that worked,coffee shop was very handy ,the swimming pool is super clean and very nice 👌

Superb helpful staff, always have a smile on their face, they seem genuinely pleased to see you with a smile. Even Mr Happy the pool guy has his moments. Papa likes to pull your leg with a serious face. You have to get up a lot earlier in the morning to fool me Papa. I hope they enjoyed the cake.

Not a great experience eating at Theo restaurant. Took 50 mins for a splendid salad and fries to arrive for my partner after ordering and than 10mins more I had to wait for a simple burger and fries. So in away we ate separately. It seems they can only deal with 1 table at a time and seeing we were third to arrive we waited forever for food. At one point I thought they must be killing the cow and waiting for the salad to finish growing.

The staff were lovely in the hotel and both restaurants. The pool was superb clean. A lovely place to stay

No soundproofing or decent bedroom window so when the restaurant behind the hotel played music every night until 11 you would think the.singers were in the bedroom with you.
