Super host Clean place Quite Near main road and activities

This is not really an apartment, but a section of a larger apartment that has a large bedroom and a bath. Furnishings were OK, but on the cheap side. Air conditioning was a very loud wall unit, not a much quieter mini-split system. There is not really any kitchen at all, just a microwave and refrigerator. No glasses or dinner plates to speak of. There was no water in the bathroom sink, but there was some water flow from the two other sinks outside the bathroom in the entry hall. For the price paid, I regret that I did not just stay at a real hotel elsewhere where there would have been better services. It took several calls to get a representative that spoke enough English to help me find the place and get settled in.

The apartment is lovely, clean and comfy. There’s a supermarket and laundry right next door too. The hosts were lovely too - quick to respond, accommodating (they offered a late checkout, but I didn’t need it), spoke English, and even picked me up from the bus station.

The only downside is the location, so you’ll either need to use taxis all the time (which is often a bit stressful in Saudi!) or have your own car. But there’s no real “ideal” location anyway, as the sights are very spread around, so this location is as good as anywhere!

Excellent apartments, location, parking and all done in good faith

We loved everything about the place, and ended up extending our stay. It’s a spacious apartment that is beautifully furnished. Location is central and close to all sightseeings, attractions and restaurants. The owner is very friendly, helpful and available. The view is spectacular!

The property was very well furnished and in a very central location. Sa’ad was very helpful and looked after us very well.

Only one bathroom

Everything was perfect! Friendly and attentive host, room is spacious, clean and cozy. Once again, thank you so much for hospitality. We definitely recommend this place!

If you're looking for furnished apartments al Alula then Sama Alula is the right choice. We took the 3 bedrooms apartment, it's location was perfect, furniture was all new and clean. The owner is very helpful and welcoming and very prompt in services. We had kids and it was more practical than a hotel. Bandar was our full time driver and he provided amazing service and very reliable.

3 bedroom apart has one toilet. Better if they were 2 toilets.

The hosts could be easily contacted and were readily available to answer questions or provide anything we asked for. Entrance to the apartment is secluded and safe. The place is well lit and very clean. Location is central. Apartment was approximately 10-15 mins from any key locations for example Winter Park etc and about 20 - 25 minutes from the airport making it easily accessible from all directions.

Nothing. There were some things we felt could have been included. We shared it with the owners. They were very open to the suggestions. So thumbs up to them! Great attitude.
