I was not comfortable and didn’t like it at all

My room didn’t have no air conditioner and the room was extremely hot. The shower was broken and there was no hot water.

the staff was disrespectful ,so they accused me of stealing a tv remote. while I didn't even use the TV because I couldn't find the remote that night. It seems they knew about it before they accused me of stealing the remote. I feel embarrassed because they asked me to open my suitcase and they found nothing in my suitcase. It was the worst experience I've had since staying at a hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone because they do not respect customers, and the customer service is very bad

Good location, close to airport, kind staff, fare prices of food.

Unexpected additional cost for card payment. Some glasses to drink from in room would be nice. No beer in the hotel restaurant.

The rooms are very spacious. The staff is very friendly. The staff were addressing issues, like the technical problem with the water supply, in an instant after bringing it to their attention in the morning.

There was a technical problem with the water supply. The price in booking.com and the finally paid price at the location were differing almost 10€

Hotel is close to the airport. Eventhough it is located by main street, we could get a good sleep. Room is big enough. Bed is comfortable, we received a lot towels and airconditon was free of extra charge. The food in the restaurant was also very good and with fair prices.

Bad wifi in the room. Some maintanance of the door and bathroom would be needed. Some glasses would be also great.

No sign out front, local gua gua bus didn't even know place. If I ran this hotel it would be good ! When I arrive Sandy, at reception said "Booking.com" made mistake you must pay $42. My booking was $20. I showed them Booking.com web page for 1 week in future showing SAME RATES! It showed basic room $31 that's what I paid. Had to be scam. Of course Booking.com did nothing for me...

These people took my damn money; and took me to my room. It had no AC and it’s hot as hell in Punta Cana!! And when I said I’m not staying here and to refund my money, these people didn’t. The photos they provided you was a sham!!! This place is located in a crowed neighborhood with locals riding motorcycles and playing loud music. Once I didn’t like the room and requested a refund, that should have been honored. You need to investigate this hotel for frauds and remove them from your services. Otherwise, it looks like Booking. Com condones this type of mess. I never stayed in the room and demand you seek my refund!! They tried to charge me extra for a room with AC🤔I had to pay a taxi to come get me and take me to a more suitable hotel with AC. These people didn’t give a damn if I were a disabled American veteran!! I hope you do!! Sincerely Johnathon ETCHISON

Cleaner facilities, honest and caring customer service, at least a nicely painted room with fresh sheets and towels, and true pictures of their property. Most part, some damn AC!!!

Staff, beds, facilities, door locks, lights, etc. Everything is very poor for a 5 star hotel.sink tap faulty and loose.what is called a restaurant has not got tea and counter old and sticky and dirty. Extra charge at reception on arrival to what has been booked online .
