Air-conditioning in bedrooms 1 & 2 did not work. Toilet flush in bedroom 3 was faulty. Was fixed the next day

Beautiful new design lodge within Madalingwe Game Reserve. Very well equipped. Excellent communication with owner. Quiet part of the reserve. The lodge comes with a game drive vehicle, which is great. We loved it!

If anything, more sunbeds would be great. And the lodge is a 20-30 minute difficult drive from the entertainment area. We did not mind, in contrary, but those with young children might.

Courtyard was not clean - previous visitors' rubbish and ashes from fire were still there- baboons visited the courtyard and made a mess while we were sightseeing. Co'ordinator did not react to some of my messages during our visit.

Very nice accommodation, big rooms, lovely view.

No manual on how things work. One of the rooms soap dispenser was empty. Swimming pool was a bit dirty, when we enquired on how manually put the creepy crawly on, we received no response. Only 3 lounge chairs outside but accommodation can sleep 10-12. We were not made aware that there would be no water during loadshedding, it would be nice if the property can provide buckets/ back up water or just make the guests aware before.

Full equipped house with absolutely everything you'd need to enjoy your stay. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely outdoor entertainment area.

the property layout is fabulous, it offers amazing comfort and luxury. Lynette is a wonderful host.

The drive to reception is around 30 minutes but that does not take away from how great the property is.

The house is really great and we had a good time!

The dirt road to the closest gate is not great. The host did advise a higher vehicle for this purposes. We however preferred to use the main gate of Mabelingwe and drive through the reserve rather then exiting at the closest gate when we left.
