Very clean place nice location, Paul was a great host

We had a great time staying here. The unit was nice and clean, in a great location. Within walking distance to everywhere we went, and the host responded quickly to our questions. Would definitely stay here again!

This cute little apartment met our needs quite nicely and communication with the owner was seamless. A good choice!

Overall this was a very nice play to stay for our one night in calgary. Sadly the area was a bit weird as it was downtown. They now have 24 hour security so that is a bonus.

The owner seems to be living upstairs: 2 locked doors in the apartment look to lead to the upper part which is not mentioned in the listing. Noise isolation between 2 floors is not so good so you can clearly hear the footsteps above. Nonetheless it’s a convenient and pleasant location to travel around from Calgary downtown, with easy foot access to Inglewood’s eateries and cafés across the bridge.

Great apartment for what we needed to see family

Paul was amazing with quick and easy correspondence, accommodations were tidy and beautiful, and we were a short walk from food, grocery, and entertainment such as the Saddledome. Can't recommend staying here enough!

Perfect place to stay while visiting Calgary. Easy check in & check out, all the amenities you could need and a great location!

Condo was well stocked and very clean. Had a high hair for babies and next door to a park. Host was great, we would stay here again.

Apartment was ok but the neighbourhood is sketchy

Check in details were provided and went smoothly (done remotely, then key and garage fob inside the place). Coffee house with nice breakfast options across the street, liquor store next door, grocery store a couple minutes walk, lovely walking path right beside building. Building is older but certainly the apartment is well kept and clean. Close to downtown as well. Definitely would stay here again!

We had a lovely 2 night stay at the end of a 5 week long trip. The apartment was beautifully clean, well furnished and in a great location close to the river, parks, cafes etc. we appreciated the quick responses from Paul and allowing us to drop out bags in earlier. Highly recommend!

Lots of amenities. Would recommend changing the dark coloured curtain shower to a see-through or lighter one for more light to come through. Also couldn’t fit my truck underground. Sign for the Height is highly preferred and recommended. Otherwise cosy and comfortable.

Short walking distance to the Saddledome for a Flames game. Walking distance to numerous restaurants. Super clean and cozy condo that slept 4 friends comfortably. 10/10 would definitely stay again

Paul very was profession you deal with, the photos are exact of the place. It was clean and we all had a wonderful time. Will definitely book will book with Paul next time

We enjoyed our stay. Very quick answer from owner. The only thing: a little more kitchen furniture would be more convenient.

This quiet pied-a-terre in the East Village is perfectly located for exploring the city and enjoying the night life. This stay went very well from the easy and responsive check-in, to the clean, comfortable apartment. Instructions for the care and use were well written and easy to understand. This spot was prefect for a wonderful evening of dining and enjoying the neighbourhood.

The check-in process went well and the owner was super responsive and helpful. The place was spotless when we arrived. Overall a really enjoyable stay!

Everything was great and as listed, the only thing that was not correct is they said there is AC but it should say it’s an AC window unit that can only cool one room and the other rooms are hot. Just be aware the property is very hot if you are staying during the hot summer months

Just as advertised. We enjoyed our stay at the East Village. It was a nice central location for all our activities in Calgary. Nice restaurants nearby. We took the public e-scooters for a spin in the park only a few steps away. Great communication from our easy-going host. We brought our two teen-age sons and we were comfortable with the two bedrooms and the hide-a-bed.

The place is in an amazing, 5-star-deserving, location. At a walking distance from a playground, a river walk and running trail, pedestrian bridges, restaurants, (major and minor) grocery stores, and "The Public Library." The housing itself has all the amenities our family of 6 needed. We were planning to explore much of the city and Banff. A snow storm essentially locked us in place, yet we were very comfortable and enjoyed our time in Paul's property. Given the short walking distance, we supplied ourselves with food, went out for entertainment, had some drinks, and even ice cream for the kids. The parking spot is very convenient, with access to the condo through a safe and air-conditioned parking perimeter. We would definitely like to return and stay with Paul again. (We had the chance of meeting him and he was very pleasant. He made us feel that he truly wishes his guests to have a good time.!) Thank you again!!
