We were very comfortable in this home. There was plenty of room, it was clean, we prepared almost all of our meals and had everything we needed to do so. We would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for a girls trip and it was a nicely renovated duplex. It is on a major road into downtown so cars passing frequently and every time a bus passed the place shook. There is a garage available for parking which is nice if you have a small car and don’t want to park on the busy street. The beds are comfy and everything was clean.

GreT place to stay in Edmonton. Came to see a hockey game 15 minute walk. Also a nice mall with lots of stores 10 minute walk. Only downfall our truck didn’t fit in garage. Free parking on side streets

Great place, very clean and comfortable!

My wife, son and his girlfriend had a wonderful stay at the house. The Hostess was always available for questions and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Location is close to Rogers Place, downtown, and a quick drive to all of the major attractions like West Edmonton Mall, the river valley, and many great restaurants and eateries. The house is perfect for 2 - 6 but more than 3 guests incurs an extra charge per guest. Garage parking off the access lane behind the property was great and the garage could handle two cars if needed. The house is outfitted well and we were in need of nothing. There are a number of grocery stores close by and most with in a 5 minute or less drive. The beds were very comfortable and we had not issues sleeping. The master bedroom does face the front of the house which is a major road way into downtown and the road noise could be bothersome to some but it was more like white noise to me. Not a big issue for us but it is noticeable. All in all it was a great ending to a holiday and I would definitely book this spot again.

Place was great. Grace was very quick to respond and very accommodating. Unit is on a busier street so it can be a little loud at times. Would stay again.

Our out of town artists enjoyed their stay at this property. It is a perfect space for three adults and is conveniently located close to the city’s center.

The property was perfect, it was clean and comfortable and great parking. Grace was the most responsive hostess I have ever dealt with. If the tournament returns to Edmonton again next year, we would love to stay again!

The house was spacious and clean. The house was close to downtown. Had everything we needed, except for in house laundry. However, there was a laundry mat 3 minutes away.

This is a very well maintained home and property. The on-line photos were very accurate. Although downtown Edmonton is within walking distance, there are many street people and sketchy areas so walking feels somewhat unsafe.

The downstairs had crumbs on floor and night stand upstairs had finger marks which meant it hadn’t been wiped. Gorgeous house, but I think animals have also been inside as it smells like it. Could use better furniture in living room area.

Excellent property to stay at, was very clean and great communication with the host. My only suggestion would be to have a tv in at least the main bedroom as well as the living area.

Was very impressed with this rental, very clean new place. Beds were comfortable. I have rented several places with Vrbo, this is the top of the list. Cleanliness, comfortable, close to stadium, and all emenidies.

The house was modern and comfortable. The host was so helpful with any questions I had before going and during my stay. My family and I felt at home. This house is close to downtown which makes it easy to commute to any events. We went to an event at rogers place and the uber was under 10 dollars. I would stay here again when visiting Edmonton.

BBQ on deck would be nice

The house was great. Looked brand new & was clean & comfortable & very quiet for being on a main road. Parneet helped us out with an early check in which we greatly appreciated. We did find that there were no spare dish towels, hand bathroom towels & we were only given one shower towel each to use for our entire stay. Also, one of the bedrooms didn’t even have curtains over the window so being woken up at 4:30am every morning was really difficult & unfortunate. Those are very easy fixes though and we definitely enjoyed our stay here :)

Excellent and exceed our expectation in all aspects. Almost brand new home with nice house decor and simple furniture let us feel cozy yet the overall light colour tone is very energetic. House is super clean throughout. House is well equipped with all the basic stuff you would need in the kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms. Beds are comfotable. Master bedroom is facing 109 St so it can be noisy with busy traffic and the house shakes when heavy truckers pass by. But this shouldn't be the deal killer. I will give 5 stars and highly recommend this place. Other reviews complained about the garage. We drove a mini van and the garage was indeed shorter than normal but it wasn't a big deal. Our van fitted in it. Everybody in our group was very impressed by this rental home and we all had a wonderful stay.

The host has made it very easy to navigate the home with very clear instructions. The home is larger than it looks, very clean and great amenities.

The house was really great and in a really good location. The host had construction going on in the basement during our stay and had locks changed on the back door too. That wasn't expected.

Everything was just as listed. Beds were comfortable and the location was amazing.

Location was great for our needs, close to ICE if your going to a hockey game, concert or whatever!!

4 of us stayed here for 2 nights. The place is nice, beds were great, very clean. But the living room furniture was bought for show it’s small and uncomfortable. The garage is great but it’s built too short for trucks or many full size cars which is odd as it’s brand new. The only real issue was the hidden fees. They charge $150 cleaning fee yet require you to clean the house, there’s a $50 “lodging tax” from the owner which is just a cash grab. So the property is nice but the lisitng price is not the full price.
