The inside is completely new and clean. Beds were comfortable and it was a super cute place. The location is about a 3/4mile further from sites then if we stayed at hotel but this was an affordable and pleasant place to stay. Owner was very responsive and check in was simple. Convenience store and grocery right around the corner.

Located in an old foundry complex, this flat was pretty perfect. It was clean, modern but cozy, tastefully decorated, light and airy, convenient to shopping and eating establishments, and very spacious. It has a nice garden area if the weather cooperates. The kitchen and bathrooms were modern, and the beds were comfy. The living area was comfortable. it was quiet. Can’t really find fault with this flat other than it is a bit of a walk to the city center, but buses and taxis are plentiful. The host Julie was responsive. Highly recommend this lovely place in Edinburgh. Pictures are accurate, but don’t do it justice!

We stayed here at the end of August 2021 with our family of 2 adults and 3 kids. On the whole we were really impressed with the accommodation and it more than lived up to our expectations. Everything was so clean and tidy. Carpets and some fixtures were so fresh like new, bedding was so comfortable and luxurious and every amenity and appliance was catered for. The hosts left some nice treats for us, including milk in the fridge. We liked the location as it was a nice walk into the centre and the convenience of having a Lidl and a Tesco on the doorstep was really good. Parking is a bit of an issue. We parked in the very limited spaces outside and didn't experience any disturbance (perhaps due to Students being off site as it is a situated near to Student campus). Would certainly recommend it and would love to come back. Many thanks for the comfortable stay.
