The house itself was nice and worked well for our group. The neighborhood wasn’t as nice as we hoped.

The property was clean and well equiped. With a group of seven, the two bathrooms can in very handy. The beds were comfortable. The host was not stingy with towels which were soft and fluffy.

Upon arrival , little worried about neighborhood. However, there was no problems with that . Was quite and uneventful. The house was super nice , Due to heat did have to contact owner about air conditioning , which she was quick to answer and help resolve. Nice place and great stay.

It was very easy to get to, not to far to Magnolia. It was a cute house loved the setup, but the reason I am giving it three stars is because 1. The outside trash bin was very full. We had to park right next to it and it smelled something awful. There were lots of bees and flies. The trash we had after putting it out we couldn’t even close the lid. 2. There was a bee nest right by the door we had to go into. 3. The refrigerator has a horrible smell to it and it was not cold enough. Our milk for the kids spoiled. If I would of gone to the house first I wouldn’t of bought the milk and fruit for the kids. We had to throw it all away. So if the refrigerator, trash bin and the bee nest were all taken care of I would’ve given it 5 stars.

We had a very pleasant time at the home we enjoyed it. It was very spacious and clean. The property manager was very respectful easy to contact. I can’t wait till next year because I will definitely be renting again for the convocation again.

Upon arrival the very first thing we noticed was grease all over the top of the stove. There was a dirty cookie sheet in the oven with dried on food. When you used the oven you set off the smoke alarm. The r e were wasp nest all over the porch and under the eaves. The refrigerator didn't work and we lost alot of food. We found cockroaches, spiderwebs in corners. The last day/night the ac didn't work and we ended up having to go stay in a hotel the host would say she hated when things happen.)

We ( myself,wife,and sister-in-law) came to Waco to visit Magnolia Silos and local wineries. The house was very nice. Very comfortable with lots of room. The neighborhood was very quiet. The loci was excellent for everything we did. We love to walk and run in the mornings so being in a great neighborhood close to Waco lake was great. The house is in great condition and very clean. I highly recommend this house for everyone staying in the area. The property manager (Trisha) was unbelievably helpful and kind. We appreciate everything she did for us very much.

Had a nice stay for my son’s piano competition over the weekend. A bit of a rough start because of a big storm that knocked power out for a few hours but owner was very communicative and accommodating. No complaints.

The house was nice, clean, well stocked, and close to Baylor and Magnolia Market. The owner was kind and easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Clean, quiet and amazing! Beautifully decorated and clean! There was a perfect bunk room for kids and the rooms were had plenty of space. There was a working washer and dryer. The living room was comfy. The kitchen was perfect for snacks and meals. The playroom was perfect for kids to have time alone. Would stay here a million times! Great property! Host is amazing and easy to communicate with!

We all just loved staying in this charming, inviting, beautifully decorated home. It was clean and cozy and we loved sitting around the kitchen table or gathering on the comfortable sofas in the den. The beds were all very comfortable and this house was so convenient to everything we wanted to do. The owner was a pleasure to work with! We would definitely stay here again!

Overall it was a lovely little house. We did have some issues with lots of cop cars going by throughout the night, but overall it was lovely. My group enjoyed it :-).

We enoyed our time in this house. The owners were fast to respond to any questions I had. It has 3 bedrooms and then a seperate living room with pull out couch. It was perfect for our group of 10.

We got to take a trip for my birthday and it was perfect space to fit all of us and the bunks were great for the kids

Lovely house I loved the fact that it could sleep 8. We had some teenagers with us so they room with the 4 bunk beds was awesome for your group. The other two bedrooms were really nice as well. The whole house was very nice and well kept.

We stayed in this house while moving our freshman into her dorm at Baylor. 3 bedrooms, all comfortable beds, laundry, comfortable living room. Not super close to campus, but worth the drive (~ 15 minutes). We will stay here again!

The house was clean, well supplied and very comfortable. Communication was great as well. It was very close by car to all the excitement of Waco, but we were a little surprised by the immediate surrounding area. For sure the cutest house on the block! 💜

It is a 10-15 minute drive to main attractions. The bunk room is really cute. The bunk beds are definitely kid size. Beds were comfortable and lots of room to spread out in the living room. We didn’t get the internet to work but it wasn’t a problem. Loved the guest book. It was helpful to see what people enjoyed visiting.

We have a short weekend getaway with our sons and the house was perfect. It has been updated beautifully.

The house was exactly what we ladies needed to relax and kick back! Perfect accommodations for the 6 of us! Being so close to all the fun things we wanted to go, do, and see was definitely a plus! Thank y’all
