Pros- Well stocked kitchen Pool was great Loved the playground and fishing Parking was convenient Gated Community was very nice Quiet stay Lots of towels Bathrooms were clean Cons- House is not 3 bedrooms, it’s 2 and an open loft. Not enough storage for clothes. Most closets were locked or already used for storage. Only 1 dresser. Dryer took several cycles to actually dry clothes. 2 deck chairs were broken when we arrived. Some bedding had small spots on them, we washed them. But the spots were still there. So they must just be small stains. Overall it was a nice place to stay, it just needed a few small updates or fixes.

The condo was wonderful except the floors had not been mopped. I was disappointed that when we booked that I didn't know that it was a third level. My mother in law was recently hospitalized and put on oxygen so she was unable to stay with us. There was plenty of room for everyone, the pool was a hit on the day it was 103 and we enjoyed lunch at the Pro shop grill.

We absolutely loved the stay! The condo was so nice and clean! The bunks give a fun experience as well! Will stay again!

Great place for a family to stay

The location was very convenient to local Branson attractions and Silver Dollar City. The condo was as advertised. Plenty of room for our 4 adults and 4 kids. The triple bunks were nice if you had addl kiddos, but the top bunk has very little clearance and was tough even for my 8yr old so be aware. Otherwise nice small patio, laundry, coffee, extra garbage bags, etc. Beds were comfortable and the condo was an easy 5 minute walk to the pools, basketball courts, etc.

This property was nice. We had 3 little families staying together. The place was big enough for all of us. We had 2 vehicles. The property only came with one key card. The key card is used for everything; gate, pool, workout room, etc… only having one card with 2 vehicles and 9 people, made it a little challenging. The stairway is wood with no padding… you could hear every step down the stairs in the master bedroom. Hopefully lower floors couldn’t hear the same.

VRBO does not allow direct contact with the property owner, so I was unable to warn them about the terrible cleaning job their property management company (Vacasa) was doing. The bedding was littered with human hair and stained with yellow stains on multiple places and beds. The entire living area had vinyl plank floors that were so disgusting & filthy that our kids socks had to be thrown away. We contacted Vacasa & of course they apologized, but nobody came to mop floors or address anything we told them about. I would never rent anything that Vacasa maintains again, and any owners paying for their services are being ripped off. Really too bad for these owners. The condo is nicely updated but it was so filthy, it ruined the experience.

Well I reached out to the owners of this property because one night I was going to cook dinner I stated and a cockroach ran across the counter in the kitchen I as them to make it right and take care of it they said they would and nothing no response I have massage them no response know I have pictures and the massage between me and the property

The whole process was very easy and the property was just like the pictures! We really enjoyed it.

A nice sized condo that needs improvements such as cleaning the flooring. We ruined many pairs of socks and our feet were black with dirt. One of the bath tubs had a lot of hair and dirt. There were also ants all over the laundry room floor and counters. One of the bedspreads had red stains, and one of the side chairs was broke and one person fell to the floor due to this broken chair.

Everything was as described. Great location. Indoor pool was great as it was rainy part of our time there. Kitchen was well stocked. Gave a 4 star rating due to cobwebs in corners, floor a little dirty and blinds need a good dusting and cleaning. Overall cute place and it was a good trip.

Great spot for the family with everything we needed for a weekend Branson trip.

Overall our experience was amazing. Except we had two issues with the first being the floors, overall it was clean but our feet from walking around the house was pretty black. We just all wore shoes after our first night. The second our code stopped working the 2nd full day into our stay and we still had a few more days there but they were quick to get us in and allow us to use the key for the duration of our stay. Super quiet and everything else was super clean. I would definitely recommend people to stay here.

Comfortable beds and plenty of room for all 8 of us.

My family and I recently stayed at this location on our recent visit to Branson. Very nice gated community with security at the entrance. The condo was extremely clean and very comfortable. The kitchen and laundry room were both well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Would highly recommend.

The property was very charming and provided enough space for 4 children and 5 adults. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Appreciated having extra towels for the pool house. We brought our own but needed extra for family and this was appreciated. Only complaint is cleanliness. We found small pieces of trash, there was a lot of dust/dirt under the coach and there was some type of fluid underneath the garbage can upon arrival. This didn't hinder our stay as everything else was cleanly and since it was a vacation, we did not stay at the property for long periods of time. We didn't need to communicate with the property manager during our stay and since there isn't a rating of N/A, it was rated in the middle.

My sisters and I brought the kids for a cousin trip. 9 kids 12 to 18. Plenty of space. Stocked kitchen for everything needed to cook and eat. Bathroom space. Fun activities on premises. Fun places nearby.

The unit was soooo cute and perfect for our group of 8. Will definitely stay here again!!

We stayed several nights at this property with our seven children. The accommodations are perfect for a large family. The two triple bunks in the loft area are sturdy and there is a full bathroom right next to the bunks. The only suggestion I have in regards to the bunks is to make sure the beds are made by the cleaning staff. I had to make the beds upon arrival. All the beds in the apartment are comfortable. The bedding is lovely and there are plenty of towels. The kitchen had everything we needed to feed our family multiple meals during our stay. The ability to do our laundry right there in the apartment was such a blessing. The location is close enough to the pool to walk there. That is a definite bonus. The apartment was clean and beautifully decorated. The location is on the 3rd floor, so it would not work well for folks with mobility issues. For our family, it was great. Also, the neighborhood is lovely.
