Pool and kitchen are wonderful

When we arrived the pool was dirty and there was letter from the pool maintenance company to call them. We did…no one answered. Vacasa was completely unhelpful and no one ever called us back. No property manager checked in. The codes provided did not work either. It was not fixed for our entire stay. Use your money to book a place that cares to make your stay memorable.

Very nice well maintained home. Quiet street. Awesome pool. Very comfortable and plenty of space.

Location. This house is in dire need of a management inquiry into its maintenance and cleanliness. Dirt and debris pervaded the exterior area with solar path lights strewn all over the front and back yards; untrimmed trees; dirt around the A/C units: pool debris and stains; tile missing from the outdoor table; patio/deck pavers uneven; misting system not operational; doors that did not close properly(front); patio doors missing handles and not fitting properly; refrigerator part of the build in unit not operational until my son-in-law allowed it to completely defrost, cleaned the coils and switched it back on. Cutlery in uneven counts; insufficient towels in bathrooms; towel bar in master bath that fell off the wall and had to be reset; toilet paper holder, fell off the wall(downstairs) near kitchen had to be reset. The king bed upstairs was not usable. It may have been missing support. Needless to say, our "vacation" time was not restful. This WAS a beautiful house at one time but management of its maintenance has taken a back seat to profit. It is too high a price for the quality we received. As a former Realtor, I would not put a house in this condition until the maintenance was completed.

The house was in a great location - only 1 mile to the beach and 1 mile to the Las Olas strip. The house comfortably slept our group of 10 in beds. The house is outdated and not well kept. The outdoor furniture is broken and was dirty. The interior of the house has been updated in some aspects and was very out dated in others. The interior was clean overall, but could have been in better condition. The kitchen was averagely stocked with pans but was lacking in some areas (no cookie sheets, dirty dishes put away, etc). We blew a fuse downstairs when blow drying hair and was told the fuse box was in the garage which was locked to guests. The maintenance man came the following day and found the fuse box in a bedroom closet. Overall, poor communication and handling of our stay from Vacasa.

Great location and pictures acturatley matched the house! Such a relief. Well laid floorplan for kids and parents with every room having a en suite bathroom. Couple of minor issues with the pool heater being stuck on. Called twice and no one called back but still overall a great trip!

Renting the property was ok, property itself was not as the pictures indicate.

House is fantastic. Plenty of room. Pool is great. VRBO/Vacasa/Turnkey communication was great. Could use some updating but it’s not a complaint, just an observation. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.
