The condo was extremely clean and spacious enough for a family. The screened in patio was right on the water which was relaxing during morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Just steps away from fishing, the playground and close to the club pool and restaurant.

Wish it would have been decorated for Christmas. Your kitchen was well equipped as we did eat in some. Loved the setting on the water, was very peaceful.

Condo had a BAD cooking odor when we arrived. Mgmt offered to come down next day and put in an ozone machine- we opened all windows and it cleared out by next day. Condo could be decorated better. Located right next to playground and off leash enclosure so a little noisy but livable. Cobwebs in several places especially outdoor patio. Needs better furniture on both balconies- something comfortable. Great location next to river and good fishing.

This property is in a great location next to Lake Taneycomo. Everyone enjoyed the screened-in porch facing the lake although what others said about the sliding glass door being difficult to open and close was true. It required two hands and some muscle! The property was as described and we found the mattresses on the king beds to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked and all the appliances worked as they should. The floors could use a good cleaning as we discovered when wiping up a spill and the paper towel came away black. We enjoyed the amenities of the indoor pool and hot tub at Pointe Royale. They were clean and well maintained. We didn’t use the tennis or pickle ball courts but they looked to be in great shape with lights available for nighttime use. This condo is very nice and we had a very relaxing and enjoyable vacation!

We loved everything about our stay. We had 2 kids and 5 adults with plenty of room for everyone. Location is perfect. Right next to the playground, you can sit on the side sunporch and watch the kids play. The screened in back porch over looks lake taneycomo. Condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Even had soap, shampoo, and conditioner provided in each bathroom with was very nice. We will definitely stay here again!

This condo is in a very peaceful surrounding. The river view is beautiful! Everything in the condo was very nice. And comfortable. There were quite a few huge cobwebs especially in the corners on the woodwork above the couches. The master bathtub could use some fresh caulk as it looked moldy and the upstairs bedroom could use closet space to hang clothes. We were all adults and the upstairs bathroom needs a bigger vanity or some other space to put toiletries. Also the lock on the front door didn’t work well. If you were leaving the condo, you spent probably 5 minutes holding the door just right so the lock would line up with the door or it would stay unlocked. Over all I would give this a 4.5 stars

This condo is located on a beautiful river. Loved the views and enjoyed the balconies. The beds were comfortable and there was a lot of room for us to spread out (there were 6 of us). A few negative things to mention....the sliding door was very difficult to open and close and the window blinds were broken in the living room so we couldn't open them. This made it very dark in the condo. The floor was also very sandy/dirty so I think they could have been swept a little better before we checked in. The water pressure in the upstairs bathroom was really low so everyone showered downstairs. Other than those things, the condo was great. We would stay here again!

The condo was nice and stocked with essential needs. Nice appliances and definitely a plus to have the washer and dryer. It was perfect for the six of us and would easily accommodate a couple more. The condo over looks the lake and a beautiful view. Sitting on the screen in balcony for morning coffee or evening time was so nice to take in the surroundings. You are just steps away from putting your toes in the clear lake and watching the kiddos play on the playground right next to the condo. Would definitely recommend!

Very nice and spacious condo. Great view of Taneycomo from the porches. Easy access to restaurants and golf courses. Would be nice to have shampoo included rather than conditioner alone.

Nice safe golf community with a cool course and within range of all the best Branson spots. Highly recommend for any group.

The options to cook with in the kitchen were few. What was there was in sad condition other than a nice crockpot. The water temperature was hard to control. One bathroom it would burn you the other bathroom wouldn't get warm. The upstairs beds were broken and listed as queens but they were just fulls. Neighborhood and setting was great and overall the stay was good just was hoping for a little better condition place.

Nice by the river. Two nice balconies. Clean. Close to everything we did. We loved it!! Sliding door to balcony was heavy and difficult to open and close. Could use some new pans, especially skillet; some extra dishcloths for kitchen.

Skillets were impossible to cook with because every type of food stuck to them. I suggest getting new nonstick pots & pans. Bar stools are a hazard to sit on because the legs are off balance & the backs are wobbly & loose. My daughter fell off of one because they’re in poor condition. A lock on the upstairs bathroom door would be nice. Loved the location right next to the water & having a bathroom for each bedroom was convenient.

Property is very nice, and right on the water, a great plus and perhaps a premium location for the resort! Owners leave some games and Pickle Ball paddles to use at the clubhouse, a nice add. Just need to be careful with upstairs beds. ;-)

The family had a ton of fun! There were lots to do very close!

Also, there is a base to the crockpot but missing the actual crockpot that goes into it. We were going to use it, but we were okay with making due with a pot on the stove.

Nice location on the water and by the playground with ample parking. We aren’t picky, but if you are, the place definitely needs a good deep cleaning. You can make a sweater out of the fur on the vent returns! Overall nice spot and communication was good. We had a great time!
