We stayed here with 2 other families. Perfect location for young kids! Plenty of room with spaces perfect for kids to play. A short walk to the pool as well!

Pros: pretty much everything. 1st condo we've ever stayed in that provided aluminum foil :) Seriously, though, usually have to bring paper towels, toilet paper, etc., but this condo provided all of that. Beds were comfortable. Teens had plenty of room in the loft. Screened in porch is really nice, but it was too hot to use this trip. Nice furniture and plenty of room for everyone to sit and watch TV together or eat together.
Cons: blinds in the master bedroom need to be replaced. If someone is on the screened in porch, they can see into the bedroom and the bathroom (using the mirror reflection).
Having to wash and dry all the towels was something we've never had to do when staying in a vacation condo. As we wanted to sleep in the morning of checkout, we had no towels to dry hands on or washcloths to wash faces, etc. because they all had to be in the washing machine the night before.

We loved the close location to the pickle ball courts and pool. Pickle ball equipment provided was a huge plus. Plenty of room for our family of 7. Quiet condo. Owner was very flexible as we had to change our dates a couple times. Loved the screened in porch. Trout fishing close by. We had a fun week!

This was a perfect getaway spot. We liked that it was in a private community so it was quiet and relaxing. Our daughter loved the pool and getting to sleep in the bunk beds! The screened in deck was also nice because we could sit outside at night or in the morning without getting bit up by bugs.

This property was very nice, just as described in the listing. This is a gated community, so you feel safe and secure. The kids loved the kids loft! We loved our stay here and would definitely stay again. Only thing that Icould improve on is the number of trash bags left, if you have a large group or at the condo long you may need extra trash bags.

Property was clean, comfortable and had all of the essentials we could need. The updates were done well and the kids loved the upstairs bunk room. The indoor pool smelled and the water was murky but that is no fault of the condo owner.

We loved this property! We had 2 families with small kids in the unit. It was very kid-friendly. The upstairs area with the little nugget couch and bunk beds was a hit. They also had a baby gate at the bottom and top of the stairs which was perfect for the 1 year old. They even had a puddle jumper for the pool, pool towels, a high chair, and a pack n play. It is GREAT for families with small kids. It was also clean and comfortable for the adults. They even thought of the little things such as paper towels and salt and pepper on the kitchen table. Highly recommend this unit!

I have stayed in alot of VRBO properties and this is absolutely one of the best I have been in. The hostess was GREAT! The condo was clean, had everything that you would need. We always stay at Point Royale when we visit Branson because it’s close to the action but feels away from it all. Unit was exactly as described and incredibly clean! We’ve never stayed at such a well-appointed VRBO - the owner covered every little detail, down to detergent and beach towels! Kids loved the roomy loft area and there was plenty of space for our entire family throughout the unit. Loved having bathrooms for everyone and TVs in all of the bedrooms as well. The screened in porch was divine and the pool/clubhouse is a very short walk. (The master bed is very high up, so make sure whoever stays in that room doesn’t have mobility issues.) We loved every bit of it - thanks for a great stay!

We stayed with a family of 7. This condo was beautiful and clean. It had everything we needed to cook meals and walking distance to pool and grill! We were also very close to all the fun things in town. I would definitely stay here again. 0 complaints! My kids loved the kids room. Thank you for having us!!

We enjoyed our time in this super nice roomy condo. There was plenty of soaps, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen spices. Would highly recommend. It’s nice having a room upstairs for the kids the two king beds had very comfortable mattresses. There was also a nice indoor pool and the water was comfortably warm.

We were only a family of four but we are pretty picky about where we stay and the hotel offerings in the area weren't great and pretty expensive so I figured we would try this property and have room to spread out. At first I was thinking it might be too far from everything to be convenient but that is actually what we ended up liking about this location. It was nice to get away from the chaos and relax. The place is extremely clean. Furnishings are about the nicest I have experienced with a rental, and the kitchen is super well equipped. The property./grounds/buildings are a bit dated but well maintained. The requirement to wash/dry all towels before departure makes for a busy morning if you are planning on a shower but we managed. Overall I would not hesitate to stay here again if visiting the area.

This was the perfect place for our first time in Branson! Located just a few minutes from all of the action but nestled away in a beautiful, quiet location!! Condo was extremely well stocked! Had plenty of toilet paper and paper towels for several days! Much more than any other place we’ve stayed. Everything was very clean as well! My socks stayed white!!! Couches were soooo comfy and we had tons of space for our party of five! We have no complaints and if we ever come back to Branson we know where to stay!!!

If you are looking for a great family condo, look no further. This place is so wonderful. Our kiddos enjoyed the loft bunks and myself and husband enjoyed the balcony. Super clean, convenient to everything in the Branson area. We can not wait to come back next Fall! The owners were quick to respond to all messages and were super sweet. Don't hesitate, just book it!

Great place to stay
This was our second time staying on the Pointe Royale resort area and we loved it again. Our condo was clean and well equipped. The loft with the bunk beds worked well for our families. Pool, golf course, tennis, and pickleball courts are a very short walk away as advertised. We'd definitely stay here again.

This was a great space. We came in town for the weekend for a family reunion. 3 families shared the home and it was a perfect size. It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Was close to everything but not right in the middle so you had great privacy. The pool was great and we spent some time there. I would recommend this for anyone. If we go back I will rent this space again with no second thoughts.

Loved our stay. Only issue was the AC wasn’t cooling well enough. Owner was aware and had someone come look at system the day we checked out. But she did supply us with fans.

We enjoyed our week at the property! Very clean and the neighborhood was great. Walk to the pool too! The condo was well stocked with everything we needed, more even than we typically expect! Check in was easy and Emily was a great host and provided awesome communication. We would stay here again when back in Branson.

Perfect for family gathering
This condo was perfect and the property owners were great. The property was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay and then some (books, games, kitchen items, etc). We had 3 generations meeting there (4 adults and 4 kids between ages 6 and 10). The kids LOVED the kid area and had so much fun up there. The on-property amenities are also walking distance from the condo which was nice so we didn't have to pack up everyone in the car. All the attractions we went to were just a short drive. We would definitely stay here again!
