Best value for money! Comfortable, very close to the beach, quiet as its set back from the road at the end of a lane and with the friendliest staff.

Nothing- just be aware that the location on Google maps is correct but the address will take you to the wrong ace. Its on the small lane that looks like it doesn't go all the way to the hotel. Look for the white sign with Laindry Express in blue across from the entrance to the Conrad Hotel.

Stayed 2 weeks too long! Property has great potential but neglected in many areas. Multiple plumbing issues in our bathroom, inconsistent Housekeeping (one day the Cleaner left our door unlocked all afternoon!), noisy from roosters starting at 4am to barking dogs to long term tenant who ignores most House Rules and monopolized communal kitchen area & fridge, leaving it very dirty for everyone else, talking loudly on phone around 10pm-midnight almost every night, chain smoking. Owners tolerate this behavior and remain passive when we complained. Had to use white noise on phone to drown noises out to sleep. Stayed in 2* Seminyak Hotel two weeks prior to here, with much higher standards for only $3 more per night, with a la carte breakfast included closer to a much nicer beach. The Nusa Dua touristy area was like a Ghost Town and aside from 5* Hotel restaurants felt local dining options were Warungs and only a few restaurants to choose from, many businesses closed due to Covid which we did not realize when booking 2 weeks.

Cozy place and atmosphere. It is like a little paradise. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Free transfer from the airport if you book more than 5 nights. Not so many people so it is silent place and good choice for introverts :)) A beach in 10 minutes. A little dirty but in 5 minutes you can find a place to swim. Not so far good beach club. So I like it!

It was a little dirty in the room: dust on the table, spots on bedding. No good speed of internet but for Instagram and WhatsApp it is enough.

The weak water pressure in our room and the Internet disconnection but tolerable, so not really an in issue but can be fixed for better service.

The staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast despite limited, is completely acceptable : fresh fruit, coffee or tea, omelet or scrambled egs, toasts.. The pool is amazing and always very clean. The location 300m from Benoa Beach and sea local attractions. Many services, markets, massages, restaurants very near.. Regarding the room : extra large bed, very comfortable. Good bathroom.
