We had a comfortable and very relaxing stay at this home. Great location, near everything and very quiet neighborhood. The garage was a bonus for us as we were towing our goldwing motorcycle and it gave us a safe place to keep it. All the little decorative touches makes you feel at home, the kitchen has everything you need to cook. Everything was perfect!

This is a cute and comfortable house in a great location. We stayed with both of our dogs and the yard and house were very dog friendly. The trip was partially for fly fishing with a guide and we were 5 minutes from a great fly shop with great guides. The host is beyond helpful and accommodating. We had a great stay

Everything was excellent. The property was great, the neighborhood was peaceful and friendly, and Tiffany was very kind. Will definitely stay here again.

Great property very clean. Only thing that happened is the cleaning people somehow locked the hallway bathroom it took us 10 minutes to find something to get it unlocked. We would stay here again very centrally located with tons of places close by.

Just as pictured. Nicely remodeled home with spacious living area. Two full baths. TV in every room. Kitchen is fully stocked. Very clean throughout, which is our first pursuit. Nice neighborhood as well. Convenient location.

The house was very clean and comfortable. Spacious yard and close to everything in the heart of Redding. If I ever visit Redding again, I'd hope to stay here.

Our dog loved the fenced back yard and we loved that it was completely enclosed, no holes for her sneak through. Teenagers loved the room with large bed and tv with movies. Nice location to stay to explore Redding ..everything is 10 minutes away, or less.

It's an older home in a quiet neighborhood that has been redone. Nicely decorated. Comfortable beds. Multiple TV's. Nice Kitchen

Good location to where we needed to be. House was cozy. But the bed sheets seem to be real dirty on all beds. Floors had dog hair so we vacuumed the whole house. Also dirty rags left in the kitchen sink we had to clean up. We noticed the whole time a silver suv was doing drive byes watching the house.

This property was very nice and a perfect fit for our family. We were visiting the area due to a death in our family and needed a place for family to one visit while we were in town. Hosts were fabulous to work with.

Great property. Very comfortable home, and much bigger than it looks in the listing. Brought our medium dog, and amenities were great for an animal. I didn’t think I would need a washer and dryer, but turned out that was a super helpful resource. My only complaint was that the master bath needs shelving to keep your toiletries, and the master bath shower leaves half of the bathroom wet, so extra towels and bath mats would have made all the difference. We hosted Christmas Eve with family, and there was plenty of parking and kitchen amenities. Hosts were responsive and kind. Location is central, and the neighborhood was great.

Clean property, very communicative owners. Had an issue with the fridge that we were able to fix ourselves and the owner dropped off a gift card. Very gracious of the owners, we we not expecting anything. Highly recommend due to location and recent remodel. Will stay again!!

I had a small baby shower for my son. I found the set up to be very functional. Everyone that attended could not say enough about how well done the home was. located about two miles off the freeway in a nice little neighborhood. The bedrooms were very comfortable for the two night stay. Coming from Sacramento with all the food and not knowing the place, was a little stressed. Upon arriving I could not have been more pleased! Thank you!!!! P.S. the website does not note towels and sheets are provided. Plenty of kitchen items! Even though I had brought most of what I needed, really did not need to. You won't be disappointed.

We were so happy to find a property that allowed us to take our dogs. The home was beautiful and was perfect for our family of five and two medium sized dogs. We will definitely keep Tiffany and her homes in mind when we have to visit Redding again! Thank you for a wonderful trip!

Location is excellent for all we planned: Sundial Bridge/river walk, Turtle Bay museum, shasta caverns, & boating on Lake Shasta. The house is updated with comfy beds, couch, nice kitchen, laundry, TV entertain or bbq-ing. Host is friendly & available if needed.

My family and dog had a great stay! The home was spotless and all of the amenities were wonderful! We would definitely stay here again when visiting our friends in Redding.

Recent total remodel of this property brings up to date in comfort with all the modern features. A great place to stay!

Towel hooks in the master bathroom would be nice, a toilet brush in the master bath as well and waste baskets in all the bedrooms (Not just bathrooms). There were only 3 coffee cups and you are running low on silverware. Coasters in the living room and bedrooms would be great. We used plates for coastersbecause we didn't want to risk leaving rings on the table. There were only 5 washcloths. For 6 guests you should have 12. The house is lovely. Clearly a lot of work went into it. It was a great location. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Centrally located we were so close to so many stores every time we needed to run out and grab some thing it was a really quick trip we went to Lake Shasta one day I was like 30 minutes away we went to Whiskeytown lake it was like 18 minutes away we went to Burney Falls one day that was an hour away it was a great location beautiful home

Love the vrbo in Redding on Carpenter Street beautifully decorated and clean!!! Only issue was ants under bed on the first bedroom on left and when you used the doorbell ants swarmed out by the hundreds we couldn’t find any spray so might want to include it other than that our stay was awesome nature always does it own thing😉
