Host sent clear instructions and welcome prior to arrival. Beautifully decorated and comfortable home. There were simple touches throughout, and we enjoyed looking at the decor. Our private patio was so cute! Four adults slept comfortably, even the roll aways were fine. The place was conveniently located.

The property was very clean. It was a very nicely decorated appartment in a great downtown location.
There was a lot to do within 5-10 minutes of the property.
The Only downside was the Karaoke bar practically next door. They stayed loud well past midnight.
This is a great property otherwise.

We loved this spot. Very conveniently located in downtown Waco. We came to visit the Magnolia Market and other Magnolia locations, and we were right next to Hotel 1928 and in east walking distance from the silos. We spent so much time out on the patio enjoying the fire pit. There was a good bit of noise from neighboring bars, but Robin was really communicative and helpful if it got too loud for us, which it didn’t. Thanks for the great stay!

The balcony is a gorgeous living room space.
The rooms are extremely comfy- the mattress are medium firm - perfect!
The kitchen is dream kitchen - great decor and function! Loved the office space. Wifi is fast! I was able to connect with my office online and knock out work stuff.
Overall we plan to go back!

this location and host are superb. We walked almost everywhere. Spice Shopping Area, Silo's, Dr. Pepper Museum, Restaurants, parks, coffee shops, etc., are all within walking distance, (less than .75 miles) great!!! loved it. We loved the large outdoor area off the bedrooms. This was the perfect way to start and end the day. Thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful place. T

Beautiful & clean condo. Well stocked kitchen. We loved spending time on the private patio. Listing pictures are 100% accurate. If you’re visiting for all things Fixer Upper, this is your perfect place. If you’re in Waco for anything else, this is still your perfect place.
Tip: you have to walk up a flight of steps to get to the unit, so don’t pack more than you can carry up. If there’s an elevator, I didn’t see it.

Loved our location of the condo and within walking distance of the Silos and all of the hotels and restaurants we wanted to visit.
Cozy beds and comfortable set up. Had everything we needed. Loved sitting on the deck and enjoying the views.
Clubs we’re loud so need to be a night owl for this location. Wouldn’t be ideal for young children sleeping at night. Perfect for an adult girls trip!

So enjoyed our stay here in Waco! Loved being able to easily walk to the fun locations. Enjoyed drinking tea/lemonade and soaking up the sunshine on the balcony.

Such a great location in the Historic Austin Street District of Waco, Texas. Walking distance to theater, great restaurants, and of course the Magnolia/Silos. But the best part was how incredibly beautiful and comfortable the retreat was. Awesome kitchen and spacious bedrooms with luxurious linens. We had a wonderful and very relaxing time. Thank you for all the perfect details. So excited that you had decorated for us with a Christmas tree and beautiful winter touches. Final thought is that a 5 star rating is not high enough. Our ideal rating for this Waco loft is definitely more like a 10 star. Thank you to our hosts!

I would 100% recommend this cozy and comfortable condo conveniently located to so many fun things to do in Waco. Our hosts were amazing! My girls and I had a blast. The Silos, Pivovar, and Hotel 1928 are all easily walkable. We parked the car on Friday and didn't move it until we checked out on Sunday. The balcony was a great place for us to catch-up and laugh and laugh and laugh. We even put the fire-pit to use both evenings. Many thanks to our host for making our Girls' weekend so successful. I only wish the condo was bigger so we could include more of our group next time.

First, Robin was an incredibly prompt communicator! This was so greatly appreciated. Second, the condo was perfectly clean! It looked exactly like the pictures. The towels were luxurious. The linens were so soft and the beds were quite comfortable. The outdoor space was so fun to use! We didn’t experience one single problem. We didn’t have one single complaint. Highly recommend this lovely condo.

If you want to be in the downtown Waco area you will not find a better place than this! Two master bedrooms makes this the perfect place for two couples, but could handle a small family equally as well.
An excellent location with numerous restaurants with-in a 5 minute walk, and the Silo’s around a 10 minute walk at most.
The back 2nd story deck is fantastic especially in the evening. The appliances are nicer than average and the each room has a tv for winding down. Stayed 4 nights here and would stay again!

Nice townhome in downtown waco. Close to Baylor and Magnolia. Some local construction nearby was a little loud but overall very pleased. Felt safe and enjoyed our stay.

Family of four staying one night on the way back from vacation. This is a really nice condo. We were impressed with the high end furnishings and comfortable beds. Walking distance to many restaurants. You don’t hear traffic for being in the middle of downtown Waco. Host was very responsive and accommodating. I would recommend this place in a heart beat!

This loft was spacious and very comfortable for 4 of us wanting to reconnect and explore Waco. There are several restaurants within walking distance but we could have easily prepared meals in this big kitchen. The balcony was our favorite place to hang out in the evening and reconnect. The price was right! We recommended it to our friends and family.

This place is simply amazing. It was so clean and smelled fantastic! Owners did a wonderful job at decorating. They were even super helpful and quick to reply when I sent them some questions. Best location for shopping, food and Magnolia Silos. Will definitely be back and will be the only place I stay again!

If you're coming to visit either Magnolia or Baylor this is a great place to stay. The hosts are very communicative and we really enjoyed our stay. Part of our stay included a Friday night and we didn't hear any noise that was referenced in previous reviews. There is a glass recycle dumpster out back that we would hear every once in a while when people would randomly dump glass in there. Also, we forgot an item and they were quick to notify us and were very accommodating in shipping it to us afterward.

Everything from start to finish was top notch! The condo was immaculate, cozy, comfortable (great mattresses) and in a perfect location to walk to Magnolia area. We would definitely recommend staying here and we would definitely come back here to stay.

Great location near Magnolia and in a downtown area that reminded us somewhat of Le Plateau/Mont Royal neighborhood of Montreal. You won't find this in many places in Texas. Property was great as shown. Will return.

Unit was exactly as described. Within easy walking distance to Silos. restaurants and entertainment. Owners were very accommodating and quick to reply to any inquiry. Would definitely stay again if back in Waco. Go and enjoy.

My daughter and I stayed here for a fun mother-daughter trip and we were very happy with the location and walked most everywhere we went. The condo was very clean, cutely decorated and had every amenity you could need. As noted in the listing, the bars nearby got a little noisy at night, but the sound machines in both bedrooms did the trick. I would definitely stay here again!
