Slightly overpriced for the size of the room

Bed was comfy.

No tv in room Guests in other 2 rooms where very load i struggled to sleep Decor could do with updating in the rooms

From the photos look good of one night but but when getting there. The bed wasn't changed from the last person as there hair in the bed &, pubic hairs the room wasn't clear at all the wall paper was coming off the walls the bathroom we to be honest I wouldn't wash my dog off in it. The carpet was worm and threadbare & dirty. Please see photos attached are from bedroom & bathroom as we can't fit them all on here. So you can make your own review on this place. Not sure if anyone one inspect the properties before listing on this site.

Single lone women please DO NOT book rooms in this house it is not safe. Serious incident here when I called the police late at night, I was absolutely petrified and wouldn’t want anyone else to go through this. Fran should be ashamed for allowing this to happen, would rate zero stars on here if I could.

Sadly I’ve had no response whatsoever from Fran regarding this issue with the Lancashire police call out. It’s very misleading what this place is and how it operates. I repeat again single women please avoid this place like the plague IT IS NOT SAFE!

The room was very comfortable, especially the bed. The house was very clean and inviting. There was also the option of the bathtub. Fran was very nice in communication, and was also flexible with the check-in when I asked. The check-in itself is done with a key safe, which is great for odd times and you don't have to bother anyone. If you need to be close to the university it's a great area, though the city centre isn't too far from the accommodation either. Overall good stay for the money. Would recommend.

Clean sheets and towels. Bed comfortable.
