Perfect stay! Clean and comfortable. Had all that we needed. We hope to come back soon!

We go to the River 4-5 times per year and have been looking for that special, stay every time location AND THIS IS IT!! The property is on a double wide lot so we were on the left side and the owner's property and garage were on the right side. There is a sliding gate that needs to open to drive in, a lot of open area, ample parking, 100 yards to the water, ample shade areas by the water and two BBQ's! Inside the home was very clean and functional. The owners were there this past weekend and they are extremely nice and friendly. I would highly recommend that you make this place your next stop and you won't be disappointed!!

We had the best weekend with family and friends celebrating my husband’s 50th birthday. Property is even better than pictured. Host and family are amazingly gracious and made it very comfortable and lots of fun! Can’t wait to come back! 10/10

The owners are amazing people. Their communication is awesome & get back to you instantly if you have any questions. The house is clean & new. The beach is sandy and smooth, the dock to hold jet skis & a boat is very clean. We will definitely be coming back in the future.

This was a perfect location for us, close to Las Vegas, Laughlin, Kingman, Oatman, Lake Havasu and many more places. The house was clean, and had everything we needed. We would definitely come back again.

This spot was awesome stayed with two families 3 kids under 9 we all had a blast and would definitely come again. communication was awesome and perfectly setup.

The location and the house were fantastic. Private beach and dock right on the water, and plenty of room for trailer parking. Close to Jack Smith launch ramps and all your river needs. Susan and family were great hosts and made the trip lots of fun and super easy. We’ll definitely be coming back. One tip - make sure GPS takes you into the community from Hwy 95 side - ours directed us from the north, but we figured it out.

This house has everything you need to have a great time at the river for a family vacation! Thank you for the great hospitality. Rick and Susan you have a lovely family. Property owners made everything perfect...we hated to leave, especially Rocky, their Rottweiler. See you back in Aug.

Wow.. this rental surely did not disappoint. It is located on a beautiful lot with the owners Rick and Susan. They were very accommodating and welcoming. Everything from booking to check in/ check out went smoothly. Love the quiet, private gated community with river front views. The house had everything we needed.. newly remodeled, tv’s in every room with some very comfy beds. The riverfront area had a nice gazebo providing shade while we enjoyed the sandy beach. Thank you for an awesome river trip.. can’t wait to come back!!

This was my first time in this area of the river, I have been to many other parts and this is a great area. The house is located in a private community and did not disappoint. Check in was easy and we came later at night. Susan had set us up with everything we needed. Private quiet house with own beach and shared dock with owner who is next door. Owners were there with their family and they were welcoming and very nice. The neighboring owners were also very nice. The place felt like our own and it was very comfortable. The house was spotless and completely renovated. We had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. The dock is tricky with the current and the owners had let us know best practices or to launch at Jack Smith. Thank you again Susan and Rick, we will be back.
