Me and my brother really did not stay there much we spent most of the time with my Sons family. There actually a lot of things to do there for example a Casino less than a couple of miles for the home, Shasta Lake is about a 1/2 hour away, a Safeway grocery store less than mile from the home, each night we got home we sat outside and had a few beers and bonded something me and my brother have not done in years. Beds were very confrontable, the place was pretty much as advertised.

First trip to Redding, CA. This place is comfy and has a beautiful decor. It’s located in one of those great American towns with a friendly vibe. The property owner answers all your questions. We would love to stay here again. 🌸

The house is charming, with that old world feel. It has been updated with tasteful décor. The air conditioning was great as it was a hot weekend. We had everything we needed and Jamie was very easy to communicate with about details. We stored our bikes in the garage which was great.

The host was able to accomodate our change in travel plans, which made the already cozy home that much more pleasant. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed staying at this charming Cottage, which is walking distance to downtown. The home is spacious with a generous and well-furnished Living and Dining Room. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom/shower are nice. The AC works well and was much appreciated with the scorching temps outside during our stay. The outdoor area is cute, unfortunately the bench is not very comfortable, might need new cushions. Jamie is very easy to communicate with and quick with responses to my questions. The Check-in and Check-out process was quick and easy. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

We didn't realize there is no hairdryer. I suggest the owner consider putting one in there for the convenience of the travelers. We also found some dirt and stain on the hardwood floor. Also felt a bit greasy on the dinner table. We ran into a little issue with the dishwasher too. Not sure what happen, we turned it on, alot of bubbles and water overflow all over the kitchen floor. Immediately we notified our contact. They said they will check into it AFTER we leave. End up we have to clean up the mess that can be avoided. It was late at night and we were tired! Last thing I want to mention, I have to ask for check in or check out instruction until the last minute.
