Location was the best bit about this property.

The house wasn’t clean. It smelt of stale cigarettes. There was only half a toilet roll to use. No wine glasses. Went to use the oven but the oven was dirty and had old trays in there with old oil on them so the oven stank when you went to turn it on. The temperature gage on the shower doesn’t work so the water just Scolded you it’s that hot. I messaged the host a good few days before arrival and got no reply so had to chase when we had landed.

location was perfect, 5 minute drive from city centre.

host didn’t contact us once regarding our stay or how to get into the house. had to phone when we got off the plane to ask for key code to get it. never once asked us how we got on with our stay/if we enjoyed it. very poor communication didn’t give us dish towel and the sponge we were given was incredibly grotty and needed the bin!! window in master bedroom isn’t double glazed, had to move rooms in middle of night as could hear everything on street. house is generally in need of TLC, skirting boards coming off, bit of damp, no toilet seat in the toilet (which i seen on reviews has been like that for months)

Comfortable beds and clean.

The shower kept going hot and cold. Kitchen wasn't, clean cutlery and cups. Outside no bins. Lots of rubbish at the back. Ko

Where put into a different property called So Lux. Beautiful decor, ideal location. Renovated well. Rooms were spacious and generally clean. Towels and soap available.

Didn't like there was one dish towel..which was dirty. Yoghurt left in the fridge. Inside fridge not very clean...had to wipe the shelves before use. Some dishes in the cupboard were not clean and had food on them. To top it off a used condom and wrapper left in drawer of bedside cabinet in one bedroom. Absolutely disgusting. More care and attention required for cleaning.

Good location for everything we needed, easy to park

Property could do with a bit of tlc and finishing off. Supposed to accommodate 6 guests but only 3 forks and 4 cups. And not enough seating space for 6 in living room. Doors hanging off, toilet seat off, lights that didn't work, stained carpets. A real shame as could be a nice place

The house is lovely and spacious.

area quite far from city centre and some attractions. Noise of cars passing on the streets.
