Beautiful and well located

Loved the bedroom set up, this is an excellent place for multi families staying together. Excellent kitchen with plenty of kitchen supplies and tools. Very clean and comfortable beds. The townhouse has access to swimming pools, tennis courts, etc. I would definitely start here again, we all loved it! Thank you Chris, appreciate your hospitality!😊

Property was not the one pictured when we rented, but was nice enough. Biggest problem was that it was supposed to be a non smoking condo but it wreaked of cigarette smoke. When the heat kicked on it got stronger because it’s in the ventilation system.

Upon arrive inside the house smelled like cigarette smoke and we found poop in the living room floor also in one of the bathrooms on the shower curtain. Great neighborhood though.

We've stayed in this complex multiple times in others units. This particular unit was adequate but could use some updates. The upstairs bathroom sink had a slow drain that I noticed a prior guest reported but it was still slow/clogged for us. Some of the baseboard in that bathroom was rotted. The dark colored towels were bleach-stained. The bedroom upstairs ) (adjacent to the loft) was HOT so had a large portable air conditioner in it with a tube going out the window. A bit hokey but functional. That window had a warped tension rod and cheap window sheers. There was a stain on a sofa in the living room and the rug appeared old and worn and too small for the area. The sofa with the stain was not comfortable, as the seat cushions rose up toward the back due to the sleeper inside, assuming. The beds were very comfortable, however, and the unit was clean (the most important thing). The location is great. Price could have been a little better but it was acceptable, obviously. We had to wait on hold on the phone for a full hour Sunday morning to request a late checkout; not the best experience. Overall, a four-out-of-five stars.

Needs a little sprucing. Carpets needed cleaned and upper bathroom sink drain was slow and toilet clogged easily. Otherwise we would stay here again.

Superb. Only thing that didn't work was hair dryer. Would absolutely return. Way better than multiple motel rooms.

It was a great property. There were more little things provided that many places do not such as coffee filters, sugar, cooking supplies. We had a couple of issues but the property manager took care of very quickly. It was a very nice property. We had a great time.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. Clean, comfortable, and close to everything. It was exactly what we needed for a family of 7 adults. Host was good about checking to make sure everything was okay and if we needed anything. Thank you, we will definitely stay again!

Property was nice & clean. A couple of little maintenance issues that the owner wouldn't know about unless they were brought to his attention. Response was quick and positive. We ahd a great time.

The place was nice and a short drive to everything you would want to do in Branson.
