Only spent one night at the hotel, but I will definitely come back. The breakfast buffet and their extra breakfast offers were absolutely lovely!

I enjoyed the hotel but am having a terrible experience getting a refund from Hotels.com for my shortened stay which the hotel agreed to. Impossible to contact a human. Just getting bot-generated emails that lie to me and ignore information I provided.

We used to love the service at the Hilton, the staff were very well trained. However our check out experience this time ruined our trip. Two very young staff who made several mistakes with my bill. It was a good thing I double checked. One of them rolled her eyes at my husband (who then lost it at her). Otherwise the staff at breakfast, concierge and entrance were all great.

Hotel could not accommodate my booking request. 1. Two rooms close to each other 2. one room with twin beds.
We were allocated two double rooms, furthest away from each other. One of the rooms was a disability room. Only one room was available on arrival, second room was late. I asked to change rooms, and the alternatives offered were completely unsuitable. Due to size, no aircon and a window which overlooked a brick wall. Bedsheets were stained! When I complained, I was told hotel was at 90% occupancy and offered complimentary breakfast. As a long standing Hilton Honors member, I was shocked and disappointed with the rooms and overall customer service.

Very, very tired hotel. Staff were incredibly well trained and couldn’t have been nicer, but the hotel itself needs a complete refurb. The room was absolutely tiny and in a very poor condition. The carpet was tattered, paintwork poorly repaired and the floor was so creaky and noisy. I had always wanted to stay at the Waldorf but they are definitely trading off a former grandeur. There are plenty of better options in that price bracket!

The Waldorf is in a great location. Close to shows as well as many great restaurants, bars, and tourist sights. It’s a short walk to the convent garden market which had wonderful shops, boutiques, and bars. A great place to stay when visiting London!

Perfectly positioned for theatre land - Tina and ABBA next door! This hotel is not cheap and breakfast is extra. At the breakfast table everything comes at once. A pot of tea is brought to the table first and it’s only warm by the time you are ready for it. In our room, the towel rail was not working, the dest lamp wasn’t working, the robe hook on the back of the bathroom door was missing and the sink plug in the bathroom basin wouldn’t lift.

Our stay at The Waldorf Hilton, London was excellent from start to finish. The check in staff were polite, welcoming and efficient. The room was ready despite us arriving before the check in time. Whilst the room was on the small side, with a view of a brick wall, it was perfectly functional and very clean. We didn't dine in the hotel but we did use both bars and found the staff very friendly and engaging with a depth of knowledge of the drinks menu. The hotel is in a very central position. Would highly recommend

Such a lovely warm welcome. We lost power in the room and it was dealt with promptly. Beautiful place and really good quality towels and bedroom sheets etc

60th birthday celebration- great stay and rooms so comfortable. Good bar and early check-in. Breakfast was however a little chaotic with queues, items not replenished, some items not hot and not enough toasters though choice was good.
