The location was perfect! The staff were kind and personable. We were very well taken care of. Grateful for the very late night shuttle.

Good hotel that is super convenient to the airport. I didn’t get to enjoy many of amenities as it was a quick trip. The people were friendly. And only suggestion I would make would be too have actual pool towels and upgrade the furniture. I do agree with some people that the snacks were way overpriced. Three dollars for a bottle of water is pretty excessive for anywhere.

Always a pleasure

Make sure if you are needing an early morning shuttle they put your name on their list. I told registration specifically at check in that we would be leaving at 3 am for a 5 am flight the next morning and would need the shuttle service. Then when we were ready to leave, we weren’t on their list on a clipboard they have behind the counter, which we didn’t even know about. So I caught some attitude at the front desk like it was my fault. But they sent one over straight away. So it wasn’t a big disruption to our stay and our driver was nice.

The hotel is 3 minutes from the rental car return, the restaurant has excellent food, there was plenty of available parking and the rooms are large, comfortable, and clean.

The stay was nice and service was great, View of the airport was good.

The Hotel was safe, quiet, convenient! Prices for some snacks were extremely expensive. Overall excellent service!

My flight had been canceled and when I your hotel the young man was so nice and helpful. Shuttle was fast. Room was great.

I was erroneously charged a second time for the room then charged an additional $800 for no reason plus an additional $50 in the middle of the night. I had to make time in my morning after a terrible night’s sleep with a horribly loud room due to the AC and fridge to speak to the management to fix the billing charges. This place is convenient to the airport but not worth it for the lack of sleep or peace of mind.

I would give 5 stars but the airport shuttle was late (reserve early because it goes to several hotels in the area which can alter the schedule) and the water in the sink was lukewarm at best. Otherwise, this is a great, but high priced, hotel.

Beautiful hotel. Front staff was kind and helpful. Free parking. Pool was refreshing. The only negative I can share, room service was a little confusing. The QR code allows you to order, it says pick up, and also room service. The restaurant in the hotel had to call us to pick up our food.

Great little bar and grill right up from hotel Fat Boys. Looks like a local dive but they have a great selection of draft beers and the food is awesome.

Room is comfortable with a living room area and with a desk and task lighting. I appreciated the complimentary bottled water.

Horrible Hotel . Bonnie the Bartender rudest I have ever had in 40 years of traveling. I think she was drunk or on something. Employees acknowledged at front desk said they have had complaints. Won’t go back why would keep her working there . Left hotel and went to the Marriot courtyard. No manager to talk to.

Well maintain property with superb customer service

While the hotel was much nicer than most on-property hotels, we had two issues that caused us to lower our rating. First, while hotels.com advertises that the hotel has free parking, it does not. I am not the first hotel to note this discrepancy in a review. While I pushed enough to get the $10, I was annoyed that the hotel staff did not take any ownership in the problem. (Note to hotels.com staff - why not fix this issue??) Second, the mattresses are on a metal platform that extends 3" wider than the mattress. Not only did we continually bump our shins into the platform (painful!) but if a small child stumbled and hit the edge of the platform (which are incredibly knife-sharp) they would surely be cut. These platforms are dangerously designed and I would not stay here again because of them.

Great stay...friendly staff...clean, roomy rooms...comfy beds....great location next to airport...free shuttle. You do have to pay for parking however...but overall a great stay...will definitely stay here again!

They sold me a room advertised for $200 free hot breakfast then when I went for check in they told me I don't have free breakfast with my reservation and I needed to call Expedia and ask them to refund me money. Then he asked me for $10 for parking. I asked for the manager and he came and they both were rude and wouldn't honor their false advertising trying to blame Expedia. They have no integrity whatsoever. I paid $200 and got nothing but disrespectful service. I kept my Kool but wanted to really tell them some things. Sad! I'll pray for them but never will patronize again.

Fantastic stay at Richmond Airport Sheraton. There was nothing negative we could say about it. Beds were comfortable, room clean and wonderful bathroom and powerful shower.
