Trip was ruined by a 6:00 AM false fire alarm. No direction given for at least 10 minutes if alarm was real or false. And no direction given for at least 10 minutes if vacating the hotel was necessary.

We stayed here as we were visiting some friends who live in town that didn't have extra space for guests. The hotel is conveniently located and clean. Our room was a nice size and clean and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable. The front desk staff were very polite and professional. And we loved that there is a Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient. We would stay here again when visiting friends!

Initially dealing with hotel was difficult b/c we kept getting transferred from agent to agent and each time being told an early check in wasn’t possible which almost caused us to cancel our reservation. We were in town for a family wedding at 3 o’clock and after travelling needed to freshen. When we spoke to the last agent she told us we were already booked for early check-in. This caused a lot of anxiety for no reason.

I like the fact that it was next to the shopping mall with a grocery store in it and next to Starbucks very convenient... And the management and the entire staff were extremely courteous professional kind nice and wonderful and very helpful to all of my questions...

Stayed on club level with spacious room, comfortable bed, great linens and bath products. You can walk to many shops and restaurants. Staff in the lounge were fantastic and had the pool to ourselves!

The hotel lobby and common areas were very nice. The rooms were clean but a little outdated. Still comfortable though. The parking situation was difficult. We have a cab on the back of our truck and we could not fit into the parking garage so we had to pay for parking. The surrounding area was very rough. A lot of homelessness and drug use. However, that’s not uncommon for the area. The hotel security does a great job keeping the actual hotel area safe and clear.

The issue for me was that the bathtub was plugged and that the water bottle in the room was misplaced, as well as the bed creaking, I was surprised because this hotel seemed very high maintenance, I was at least able to get free water only stayed for 1 night
