The only thing I did not like about our room was that the bathroom exhaust fan was extremely noisy. Like, jarringly noisy. I meant to say something to the front desk but forgot. Other than that, everything was fine. I would not recommend this room for more than two though, as it was a bit small.

My husband and I stayed 3 days and not one person came by to check on the room for toilet paper, towels, trash or cleaning. I went to get toilet paper from one cleaning lady. I was very disappointed. Absolutely, NO service. Will not stay again.

The staff was so friendly and inviting. Everything was perfect and the breakfast was amazing. Will definitely recommend and stay again when we visit Hot Springs.

I accidentally booked a smoking room, my husband can’t stay where there was smoke. The said I couldn’t get it changed so we had the leave without staying.

The property is perfect if you are going to Oaklawn, you can just walk across the street. It was clean, cool, coffee maker, plenty of cups and coffee and creamer and fridge in room. The only down side was the dog next door that barked A LOT.

They have very clean and spacious rooms and looked like they were recently updated. Staff was very friendly and breakfast was hot and delicious. Best hotel including the price.

I must begin by saying that the employees at this facility are absolutely fantastic. I had inadvertently left my iPad in the room at checkout and we were notified by phone and text before I ever noticed it was missing. Since we had already left the state, they happily agreed to ship it back to me. I commend the cleaning staff and management for their honesty and promptness in this matter.
Now about the hotel-
This was hotel number eleven in an eleven night trip. Although it is not new, the facilities were updated and the rooms clean. Although we did not use the pool, it appeared clean and was well maintained. The breakfast was one of the best we encountered during our trip with several choices served by staff, cafeteria style. All in all a pleasant stay at a hotel with caring and honest people.

We took a detour on our way to San Antonio and found this gem tucked away in a lovely town. The front desk staff welcomed us with a smile and offered lots of recommendations. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The breakfast was mediocre but had enough options that you didn't hungry.

This is an older facility but looked to be well managed and maintained. The AC in room I had worked but would have like the fan to blow a bit better. I would stay there again!

Comfortable beds and very clean, bathrooms nice, no closet. Downtown area, less desirable area, Neighborhood somewhat downtrodden and located on a busy road, cracks in concrete walkways,across from a racetrack and gambling building.

This is an older hotel, which has been kept up very well! The staff were all extremely helpful and seemed happy to be working there! The pool was glorious!

Booked this property through Expedia. My cousin arrived to the property ahead of me and checked in to her room. There was hair in the bathroom and in the safe. The rooms were dark and the ac would not cool the entire room. There are hookers all around this area. The reviews and photos must be fake because they do not reflect the actual property. Expedia tried to get me my money back but was unable to reach the manager. I took the loss as I was not about to stay there.
