Doors and walls need to be fixed and repainted. Stains on bed sheets, covers, and towels.

Property needs serious improvements all around.

They had bugs every where not cool then they placed me at the top

The property was not well kept at all. The room was absolutely disgusting. Blood stains on the sheets, dead bugs under the sheets, ashes under the sheets. Then after being there for 45 minutes i asked for a refund and was told since i paid in full, i could not get my money back. Don't stay here without bleach, clean linens, bug spray a plunger and tools to fix the TV hanging on the wall.

It was ok. I was in town for my birthday and visiting family. It was somewhere to stay. Nothing special. The phone in my room never worked. I had to walk to the office for everything. No coffee pot. Had to go to Waffle House next door, or the circle K. Housekeeping was ok. All they did was take out the trash and leave towels. Never cleaned or made the bed.

No breakfast as advertised. Rent room with Queen bed but when we got to room....no queen bed. Told queen room were taken

The room was not cleaned and the bed sheets were dirty and the room smelled like urine I did not stay

The room was dirty, the bed was uncomfortable, no iron or ironing board. Outside was very loud all night.

I had a tree fall on my home less than a mile away from this Red Roof Inn on July 13, 2022, so I booked a stay. The tree felled power lines so it took a few days to restore power. After a 2 night stay I was able to return to my home until the repairs began. That took 2 weeks. I’ve now returned and I’ve been at this Red Roof Inn for 5 weeks. The property is clean. The staff is responsive. The location is convenient to highways and downtown. Several restaurants and gas stations are nearby. Wi-Fi is available and has been speedy and uninterrupted. There’s a security patrol at night, and the hotel is also under the jurisdiction of the Capitol Police, which is a state funded force specifically funded to keep criminal elements out of the area. They are everywhere and vigilant. My stay here has been better than expected. Great hosts, great Wi-Fi, clean room, and excellent security.

This hotel was filthy! Soon as i walked in the bed covers had stains like an iron was left all over it.the walls were filthy and it had a odor like roach spray had been sprayed!? There were nicer hotels all around this one but i picked the worst one

They did not have my reservation and would not give me a room. It is not a very nice place…They even called corporate office and had no reservation.

This hotel was very dirty stink so bad and toilets didn’t work with thick brown stains in the toilet. Electric pieces was open and wires was hanging out. Host switch us but that was worst than the first. I did not stay there and he said the refund will be returned but haven’t received refund yet. Totally dissatisfied with the hotel and orbitz

Check-in was not welcoming since the lobby was not available and you had to use the night window. When I told the clerk I had a dog, he first informed me that the dog rooms were on the third floor. I then told him that since my husband is disabled, a third floor room was not something I wanted. He them went to check with someone and let me have a first floor room. (By the way, another guest a few doors down from me also had a dog.) There was no coffee maker in the room and since the lobby was locked, you could not get coffee there. There were speed bumps (not well marked) at the entrance to the parking lot, as well as others in the parking area. I will not be using this hotel again.

The bedspread was dirty with dirty foot prints on it. When we pulled back the bedspread, the sheets were wrinkled and had dark spots that looked like blood or ink. The towels were dirty as if someone had been there and the hotel forgot to clean that room. We had already paid for the room, but we left and went to another hotel.

Good Lighting has improved this facility..Room was clean and I was upgraded to a room with a big work desk..And first level..Much appreciated

We did not stay. Ask for money back. Room was not clean. Sheets was not clean. Went and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express & Suite. This is a truck driver stop place in Jackson Mississippi. I will never stay at a Red Roof hotel again business or not

It wasn’t the cleanest hotel, and the bathroom door came off the hedges. Not to mention they were over booked and tried to get me to change to a single bed room which I definitely couldn’t do

From the time we pulled in the parking lot I noticed heavy police presence. Got to the room and pulled the covers back and the sheets were brown instead of white. Mold and mildew were on the sheets and hair was in the bed. I asked for my money back and was denied. I stayed because I didn’t have more money to spend on another hotel but I can GUARANTEE I won’t NEVER EVER go back. The smell of smoke and the smell of marijuana was all over the place. Men were outside with their shirts off using profane language and I had my three girls with me. I even caught a man walking by looking in other rooms but I assured him if he looked in my window the would have to call the coroner because I was not gone stop shooting until I was outta bullets. I wouldn’t recommend a dog to stay here.

I had my credit card information used there three times in Jackson when I had never been there from the lady who work there at night. She was nice she was black and she charged on my card three different times.

Toilet seat lid broke and restroom door doesn’t shut. Cops there every morning for raids. Pot holes were bad.

They have a bad fly problem we killed about 8 of them it was disgusting so next i needed to warm something in the microwave it wasnt plugged up so i had to pull the stand out to plug it up nothing but old crackers and other stuff behind it so that made me look behind the nightstand same thing went to the front desk told the manager a lady came up an hour later and came cleaned it up...beds were comfortable and clean bathroom is too small i will not go back to that red roof inn again but maybe there are others that are better so im willing to give it a try but i will read reviews first!!!
