3 star at best. We upgraded the room. Good view being on the top level. Room is dated, warn and needs a deep clean. Breakfast though was absolutely amazing.

I was surprised at how non sound proof the rooms were the people talking in the hallways sound like they are in your room. Also wasn't impressed I had to pay for parking, that seemed odd as we weren't downtown.

Was in town for the 2 night Metallica concert and have the room for 3 nights. No housekeeping service the whole time even when requested and both the pool and hot tub were shut down with no notice when booking the room or during check in. $300 a night for a tiny room, no housekeeping and no pool or hot tub was hardly worth it.

Beds were old and lumpy, the biggest problem was the traffic noice which was constant and the parties in the rooms after no sleep for two nights then to get a parking fee at the end of our stay was absolutely ridiculous
The front desk staff were very pleasant at checkin otherwise no other services were utilized so I cannot give a rating

They state that they offer complimentary coffee, but there was nothing in the room. When I opened the closet the morning we were leaving I found the coffee maker in the closet. Why hide it away.
Front desk staff don’t listen. Had the same person for check in as I did the next morning for checkout. Told him I wanted to pay for parking in my debit. But just went ahead and charged my CC. Limited dining options. Only coffee in hotel was Starbucks. For $300 a night for a mediocre hotel was impressed.

I have been staying at this delta for years. Noticing lately that it is looking a little tired. The towels in the room were pretty thin. However, the staff continue to be lovely.

The facility is good and quiet. The staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing I don’t like is the parking fee.

Didn't like the old dirty carpets everywhere. Our comforter was falling apart as it was badly ripped along the seams.

Listed a pool but not operational. Listed a Starbucks but not open .Listed a restaurant but reservations not available (also under renovation?).

Service was top notch! All staff were amazing! It was our anniversary so they covered parking costs and breakfast for the weekend. Food was great! Rooms are definitely dated but spacious with plenty of amenities sounds from neighbouring rooms but not horrible from outside traffic. Will stay again

There was no air conditioning in the rooms and was 35c that weekend. No rebate from the hotel. Also lots of loud mufflers all night. Hotel is close to main thoroughfare.

I found the rooms to be small and pricey!! They did provide some refreshments in the fridge. There is no onsite store. The included breakfast was very nice with table service and good choices.. wonderful restaurant staff. This hotel sits between two big and busy roads so quite noisy at times.

Great central property for our needs. Pet friendly. Parking can be a bit of an issue if you arrive later in the day, especially on weekend.
