Was a bit dirty - lots of little flying bugs in room and at breakfast TV was malfunctioning and after asking it to be fixed - nothing The breakfast bar was not so good - hotdogs as sausage - what Apple and orange juice so water down that it was more flavored water Lots of repairs are needed throughout

Difficult to get into parking llot due to construction. Room was ok, but showed its age. Bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable. But, it was affordable. The pool was nice.

It was a terrific experience. My family was very impressed with the facility and experience. High marks.

It advertised a pool, and there isn’t one! Room stunk! Beds sucked! Room wasn’t clean! Asked for four towels since had family of four so was only given three and told it was hotel policy only three so had to share a towel. Absolutely disgusting! I would advise no one to stay here!

It was a good stay. Front desk was very helpful and nice. Room was awesome! Breakfast was good.

It was awful it was for our babys surgery and one of the requirements was to bathe him. Hard to do with no hot water at all. Staff brushed us off when we brought to their attention. Second time we booked and will permanently be our last and they refused a discount or refund for all the inconvenience also both times the pool was closed this was a span of 3 months. I wouldn't spend another dime on this place

My stay was fine. The room was comfortable and I enjoyed the view. I am glad I didn't need to do a lot of desk work as the desk space was limited to about 18 inches and the only electrical outlets near the desk were used by the lamp and the coffee maker. The carpet had many stains throughout the room. I was surprised by things that were stated on the website that did not happen such as daily housekeeping and a daily newspaper. Two suggestions: Offer tea at breakfast. There was regular and decaf coffee and hot water, but no tea bags - not sure hat the hot water was for as there wasn't anything like instant oatmeal either. Also, I was there during a bad storm complete with a tornado warning. I was surprised there was no intercom through the phone system to alert people to move to the stair wells. The only people who were told to move to stair wells were those in the lobby of the hotel.

No place is perfect other than heaven. I had some issues but the staff helped me with everything and within a reasonable time. This is all that matters.

Our room stunk and the carpet was soaked. The window molding was falling apart and all over the AC unit and carpet. Reported to front desk and made no attempt to assist with the accommodations. Different rooms, lower rate nothing. Even showed them pictures. Also the breakfast had zero warm protein or weekend extended hours.

This is the worst Wyndham I have ever stayed in. Filthy carpets in rooms. Stinky halls and elevators. Staff spoke limited English. Housekeeping did not clean room at all. When I asked for the room to be cleaned they gave me 2 clean towels, a box of tissues and a roll of toilet paper. Checked out a day early as I could not stand the filth anymore. They advertised free breakfast but it was cereal, waffles, old mini muffins, mushy fruit, coffee and juice. Not something a diabetic can eat.I will never go back there.

Due to construction the road to the hotel was closed. I got an email stating that the signs would indicate it was closed but it wasn't. I assure you, it was closed. We had to drive around and figure out on our own how to get into the hotel. The smell of pot filled our hallway. There is 1 washer/dryer for the 8 floor hotel so don't plan on using that. Absolutely no towels at the pool. Used the phone to call someone at the front desk but nobody answered. The breakfast was terrible unless you like cereal. Juice wasn't even drinkable. Asked for a recipt when checking out and was told that they dob't print recipts but there would be one emailed to me.

Overall it was OK. When i checked in at almost 5, I had to wait about 10 minutes so she could check if a room was clean for us. Our room had 3 towels and 1 hand towel. We had 4 plus a baby innthe room so asked for an extra towel and washclothes. They informed us our room was stocked for 4 people so we shouldnt need anything. I informed them it in fact is not stocked for 4 people. They gave us an extra towel and hand towel, but no wash cloths. We were told there would be a hot breakfast with eggs, this was not the case. What they had was fine, just underwhelming. The gotel was clean amd everyone was friendly otherwise.

The breakfast was not very good

The front desk service was exceptional. They went above and beyond to accommodate my request for early check in. I appreciate their efforts.

Indoor pool was extremely hot. Felt like they had the heater on. Front seat service was poor. They were very rude and when I said my bank was showing them as fraud they laughed at each other and mocked “oh we’re frauds”

We booked this as weather knocked out power around the city so we were thankful to have the air conditioning that worked great. Everything was crazy but we were able to get checked in quickly. Hotel was busy due to outages & front desk agent was very friendly. Think hotel rooms could use some new carpet & tub, a little update but still very nice & we appreciated it.

The carpets are dirty and stained. I think they need to clean the carpets better.

It was good I was there just to rest breakfast was good bed was comfortable but the cable wasn't working

Big town, tricky directions even for Apple Maps. Luckily got there finally.

It was a nice stay. But they must have been short staffed. Both rooms had no towels, at all. When I called the front desk I was told to come get some from the front desk. I’m not lazy, but I just got done with a 6 hour drive I wanted to shower and rest. Not walk back down to the front desk and get towels that should have been in the room ready in the first place. So maybe not such a great hotel I guess.

Clean rooms friendly staff
