Very nice hotel brand new as of 2024

Check in was terrible

We stayed on the 7th floor in a corner room. The room was nice and clean. The only not good thing was the shower head and the curtain rail. The shower head wasn't quite right - not all of the modes worked as they should. The curtain rail was loose on the wall, which led to the curtain sliding down while showering, which in turn led to water on the floor. Decent amount of parking. Front desk staff were friendly. Breakfast was good, but not complimentary.

The combination of price and performance led to my decision to stay at this Hilton. I used the pictures and the reviews to make my decision. And the fact that it had a pool helped. Finally, the staff were helpful and friendly. Almost every time we walked through the facility, someone in the staff asked us if we needed anything. Thank you, Hilton!

The guy at the counter was extremely rude and was yelling at me all bc I was holding the button down to get his attention to open the door to get our key. He was very unprofessional and had poor customer service. I will not be going back in fact if the room wasn’t pre-payed I would have taking my business elsewhere.

I didn't get the room I paid for. It was not top floor. It was not facing east to see a fireworks show we traveled 4 hours to watch. We ended up scrapping a month's worth of planning because of it. Breakfast was terrible.

Rooms are a bit tired. Could use updating. No hot water, just Luke warm

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The hotel is very nice and our room was clean. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. My only concern is that I left my ear buds in the room. When I called the next day, the person said that they would check with housekeeping and get back to me whether they found the ear buds or not. I have not been contacted.

The hotel was awesome, within walking distance of everything we wanted to do. The site was beautiful and being so close to the river and park was also nice. Unfortunately, I left a dress (which I had never worn) in the closet. When we arrived at our next destination, Austin, I phone the hotel and spoke with a female, who took my information and assured me that someone would check on it right away. I never heard back. As much as we enjoyed the stay, I was sad that nobody ever communicated with me.

The internet at this property was awful. Staff was not concerned about it at all when Hilton advertises being a “business” stay hotel

Overall, hotel coupd probably use some updates. That being said, it was very clean. Friendly staff

The hotel was conveniently located to downtown, plenty of eateries, cafes, and sports bars & grills. It was close to the river with pretty views. The room price was very good for weekend rates, especially where it was located. Room was very clean & staff very attentive. Highly recommended.

Great location, walkable to silos and magnolia shops, walkable to brazos bridge and restaurants, pool nice , comfortable lounge chairs, clean

It was a quick stay. But the front desk team was great giving us place to go and see. We had never been to Waco and it was great to have the suggestions.

The room was clean, the shower had great water pressure and they accommodated my request for a later check out time. Someone checked in with me when I arrived right away. It was a great stay.

There were lots of issues here from one of our rooms not being available to check-in until 8pm, to maintenance issues that mgmt changed stories about, to horrible breakfast service, to mgmt offering services that aren't even available, to mgmt all but accusing me of lying as I walked away - not realizing I was still on earshot & quickly backtracked when she was proven wrong. Not our 1st time staying here, but definitely 1st time for these issues & may be our last time staying here

We went away for the weekend. It was a very nice place and really close to all the events and eating places. We had a great time.

Checking in was easy. The location is very convenient to the civic center and numerous places are within walking distance for food. I am very pleased.

It’s a Hilton but she’s a tired old girl matched in effort by the reception staff.

The Waco Hilton is an old hotel but is clean and so convenient to many good. restaurants. Parking is free but if an event is going on in the adjacent park, finding a place to park can be tough. Very safe.

First of all, the guy at the front desk made my check in experience one of the best I've had anywhere in the world. I know what you are thinking,. "It's just check. How good could it be?" He was so helpful and gracious of his time in asking us how we were doing and what our plans were in Waco. He gave us a quick rundown of the area and offered several recommendations of places to go. Room on the top floor had a great view. Rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean. Front desk even called the room to make sure everything was ok and sent up some extra water bottles for the room. Called down for extra pillows and they showed right up. In a time were exceptional customer service is kind hard to find, it was refreshing to walk into this place and be greated with smiles and exceptional enthusiastic customer service. Also, lots of food/drink options within walking distance next to the river.

We liked where it was located. Could walk to shops and restaurants.
