Fantastic hotel on Miami Beach with easy access to the well served pool and also the beach facilities. Great vibe about the place and staff couldn’t do more to help you, whether that be recommending places to eat, helping you to find your bearings in the city or booking restaurants.
Would highly recommend staying here for a great place to retreat to after exploring the vibrancy of Miami.

Hotel is good. However, it's very overpriced - everything is SO expensive - food, all beach equipment. This was not expected or clearly described in the booking description. Maybe this is typical for beach front properties but would be good to know in advance

The room was old and well used. It needs to be updated. And as well over priced. The people there are always trying to charge you or upgrade for more money. It did not settle well with me.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had just arrived in Miami from a cruise and room was ready for an esrly check in. The pool and staff were amazing and the beach was just a shirt walk from the hotel. Alot of dining and shopping options in the area. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami! The view from the room was perfect.

It's a nice hotel, beds are comfortable, great view of the water and the staff is really helpful. What specifically stands about my stay was how the staff helped us when we forgot our laptop in an uber. There was a staffer named Juan who really stepped up and really took ownership of our problem, helping us get in touch with the uber driver, using his personal phone for all the points of contact since we were having a problem with our phone. Scheduling a time to meet the uber driver at the hotel and receiving and holding the laptop for us until we got back. He could have simply politely apologized and said that he couldn't help. But instead he stepped up and solved our problem from A to Z. Therefore, if these are the type of employees that the place hires, then it's place you want to stay in.

I always love to stay at the Loews. It is my go to for a staycation. However, this time I had a big issue, which management was very good and took care of. There was a worker by the pool Adil that was extremely rude and unprofessional.

We had a great time at this hotel, the only draw back was that they close the pool/spa too early. Also our room wasn't too clean, especially after we requested housekeeping. Other then that, everything was great.

Great location on Southbeach. Historical feel of the hotel sets it apart. Great beach and pool area. Pool bartenders and wait staff around the pool were attentive and professional.

Hotel is lovely and has great facilities. What was a massive disappointment to us was that we had agreed with the hotel to keep our luggage for a couple of hours when we returned from our cruise and they told us there would be a small charge. When we turned up after the cruise we were told we could not leave our luggage. We’ve stayed in a couple of Loews hotels before and they’ve been great but will unlikely use again

Everything excellent very nice hotel and clean super friendly staff valet parking is $59 a day (not bad) compared with others just a surprise deposit fee of $200 dollars a day for each day you stay there for any damages or room charges.. that’s the only thing I was surprised because if you stay 7 days you’ll have to pay $1400 dollars deposit in front

Apart from being placed in the qrong category room the trip was excellent with great service. To rectify the incorrect room the manager upgraded to a better room which was greatly appreciated. Facilities are great but it can be costly to stay when compared to other hotels. It almost felt that a lot of the other guests were on some special deal.

Overall, we had a really good time. However, our first room was subpar. The bathroom tub was horrible. It had weird stains and the grout lines had mold. The hotel staff expeditiously corrected the situation and moved us to a better room. The bathroom was better but the shower was poorly designed. To turn it on, you will have to stand inside and get wet.
The food at the hotel was delicious enough that we visited twice! We walked everywhere because the hotel is centrally located to shops and eateries.

Check in at the hotel was terrible. Arrived at the front desk at 3:50pm and was told our room was "almost ready" and to give them 10-15 minutes and I would receive a text. At 4:35 I inquired on the room to be told it was still not ready. Though the representative was apologetic and offered compensation, it didn't help the fact that we had traveled all day and had planned to shower and change before dinner at 6. Check in was listed as 4 pm. At 5:35 I finally received the text stating the room was ready. This delay caused significant issues for our plans and was completely unacceptable.

This is an old terrible hotel with poor rooms, old decor and paint, tiny bathrooms, dusty windows, non cooperative or helpful staff (excpet Stefania who was of great help to us)

I have stayed here several times and have to say the service this time around was pretty top notch from the valet to the beach. Hotel was pretty full with families and never got a spot by pool :/ but Staff was very accommodating.

This was my first stay at a resort and i enjoyed being there. The staff were polite and helpful the room was very clean with a beautiful view. The breakfast was amazing! The convience was appreciated. I would definantely recommend a visit to anyone searching. I hope to go back soon.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and enjoyed the 5 star customer service. The oceanview was great and we really enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Staff is very helpful and friendly. We’re going to come back!

The service at the hotel was spectacular. Always a staff to help with housekeeping, food and beverages at the pool, chair service at the beach! Highly recommend! Very family friendly.
