Was top notch

The Loews Miami Beach is a really nice property in a good area. We wanted to find something that was on the beach but also an easy walk to shopping and restaurants. This hotel is only a block north of the end of Ocean drive, and the Loews has its own gated entrance to the beautiful Miami Beach Ocean Walk, which goes all the way down to the tip of South Beach. Our room was clean and nice with a great ocean view. The property is well maintained with staff everywhere. We'll be back!

Our visit was so nice at the Loews. I wasn’t sure what to expect with some mixed reviews, but for us, the service, the facilities and the room were all great. Everyone who works at the Loews is so nice, starting with Alex at the Valet. It made our one nice staycation so fun. Our room was very nice. We were unfortunately next to a suite with a party which was quite loud (and the walls aren’t too thick), but by 11 it was shut down and not a problem.

Great hotel. Location fantastic. Beautiful pool and well stocked gym and spa area. Staff was friendly. Only complaint was the restaurant - food was just ok and the staff there didn’t mention the 20% auto grat for a table of two. Not cool.

Another fantastic family stay at Loews. We try and head back each year. And it never disappoints. Such a great team, location and services

Fantastic hotel on Miami Beach with easy access to the well served pool and also the beach facilities. Great vibe about the place and staff couldn’t do more to help you, whether that be recommending places to eat, helping you to find your bearings in the city or booking restaurants. Would highly recommend staying here for a great place to retreat to after exploring the vibrancy of Miami.

Hotel is good. However, it's very overpriced - everything is SO expensive - food, all beach equipment. This was not expected or clearly described in the booking description. Maybe this is typical for beach front properties but would be good to know in advance

The room was old and well used. It needs to be updated. And as well over priced. The people there are always trying to charge you or upgrade for more money. It did not settle well with me.

Great place with private beach at just steps from hotel. Got a complimentary upgrade to partial ocean view! Watched sunrise on the beach.

This hotel is amazing. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We had just arrived in Miami from a cruise and room was ready for an esrly check in. The pool and staff were amazing and the beach was just a shirt walk from the hotel. Alot of dining and shopping options in the area. Will definitely stay there again when in Miami! The view from the room was perfect.

It's a nice hotel, beds are comfortable, great view of the water and the staff is really helpful. What specifically stands about my stay was how the staff helped us when we forgot our laptop in an uber. There was a staffer named Juan who really stepped up and really took ownership of our problem, helping us get in touch with the uber driver, using his personal phone for all the points of contact since we were having a problem with our phone. Scheduling a time to meet the uber driver at the hotel and receiving and holding the laptop for us until we got back. He could have simply politely apologized and said that he couldn't help. But instead he stepped up and solved our problem from A to Z. Therefore, if these are the type of employees that the place hires, then it's place you want to stay in.

It was a great place to stay - location, pool, beach. We knew about the extra charges before going but it still left a sour taste at $59 per day for valet parking, $44 per day resort fee. This resort fee included loungers on the beach but if you also want a parasol for shade they charge an additional $27 per day. The guy who explained this was a little rude. But if you can handle the extra charges, you will have a great time at this fabulous hotel.

This resort is very family friendly which is great if you are travelling with kids. The major downfall is either no music at the pool, or on Friday-Sunday they will only play “elevator music” or what I would say is retirement home music. That was very disappointing.

It is outdated, very small room, the staff in reception was not very help full, they don’t make you feel welcome, close to restaurants and parking but outdated hotel.

Tim at Bar Collins was great. Very polite and friendly. He made our Anniversary very special with his great service. Thanks Tim. The Concierges were very knowledgeable of the area and things to do. You guys are the greatest.

Loved the easy access to the beach!

Really great for families with kids as they offer Kids Club (additional charge) and a video game room that has XBox and PS4 consoles along with a few arcade machines. Pool is great and offers easy access to the beach with included beach charis. Umbrellas are extra charge. 10 minute walk to Lincoln Road outdoor mall. There's also a Walgreen's 5 minutes away if you need anything. Lots of food options and they're all very good. Rao's was outsanding!

Beautiful hotel felt like I was in a resort in Cancun. Great service, great staff and food. The pool was beautiful and love the free cold lemon water stand for hydration by the pool. Definitely going back. Highly recommended. A block away from Lincoln rd. Loved it.
