It has a 50 amp electric hookup, central air conditioning plus a dedicated ac for the bedroom, central heat, dual propane bottles and a city water connection (also had 40 gallon fresh water tank for sites without water). There is a bedroom with short queen bed and closet up front, two full sized bunks at the rear, a couch that converts to a full sized bed, and a dining table that collapses to a full size bed. Spacious bathroom and large shower (by RV standards!). In the kitchen there is a refrigerator and freezer, three burner stove, small oven and microwave. 50" TV with HD antenna, HDMI connection and is AirPlay/Chromcast capable. And if that isn't enough, enjoy the remote controlled fireplace. There are standard electric outlets and USB charging outlets throughout. On the outside the unit there is a mini fridge, induction cooktop and sink with sprayer hose. Retractable awning has led light strip and there is also an outdoor shower. Trailer comes with everything you need for a great trip - dishes, silverware, pots, pans, utensils, Keurig coffee maker, etc. We will provide a complete set of instructions and tips for a hassle free trip. Safety first - due to COVID we are currently not providing bedding other than a mattress cover (but if you need bedding, please let us know). All pots, pans, plates, utensils and cups have been thoroughly washed with soap and hot water.
