The bed was super hard and uncomfortable so for that reason alone I won’t stay there again. Everything else was wonderful.

The lobby area was really hot. Seems to me. There is no AC in there cleaning the room. It took four hours. Service is not fast. They are understaffed. I am not recommended not even to my dog

Great place

I chose the Westin Stonebriar due to its proximity to the Grandscape area and it was the perfect choice! We went to WorldSprings (recommended!) then checked in and relaxed in our large & comfortable room before heading back out to dinner. I like the full sized shower amenities in the showers & the beds were very comfy! Our room was towards the end of the hall and it was so quiet that I slept a lot later than I normally do! The breakfast was delicious (props to the omelet makers!) and everyone was so friendly and helpful, from the valet parkers to the front desk staff to housekeeping- great job, Westin!

The air conditioner in room was not continuously cool. The bathroom sink stayed stopped up.

The pool is under the sun all day long, side shades. Other than that, it was clean, quiet, nice and breakfast was great. We have small kids, would go back.

Wonderful property and spa

Awesome resort very comfortable. The atmosphere was beautiful. The food was really great for breakfast. I will be going back again next month.

We stay here as a staycation for a few days every year right before school starts about son 7 loves the pool they have a Foam machine and a water slide! He makes instant friends tons of kids with their family’s. We love the poolside service always great drinks good food, plates of watermelon! Rooms and hotel are wonderful just a great spot!

booked through Expedia, they or the property failed to mention that the golf course would be closed. We booked this hotel TO PLAY GOLF...NO OTHER REASON. You would think someone would have mentioned that. Even asked the reservationist "how was the golf"? "oh, course is beautiful, you will love it". NO DISCOUNT OR REFUND WAS OFFERED, WE ASKED!

Our overall stay was very pleasant. The rooms and service were great, I lowered the rating for service due to my experience during my check out and afterwards. Before check out, I received an email from the hotel's manager asking for feedback. I shared that the hotel was great but that they need to update their website as it advertises activities and lawn games for children which is not accurate. They have a broken connect 4, corn hole and a jenga. My children were disappointed and got a bit bored. The manager responded right away and thanked me for the feedback and offered us 2 nights including taxes to go back and hopefully have a better experience. He suggested to go in June, July or August from Friday to Sunday as they have pool activities for children. I never asked for anything but was pleasantly surprised and impressed with how much they cared about the feedback. I responded the following day asking if some dates were available and no response. It's been a week since the last contact. My rating for this hotel would've been higher if this hadn't happened. It's just very disappointing as I didn't ask for anything, just shared my experience and they didn't meet our expectations yet again.

Golf course was great

Really enjoyed the family friendly environment, without feeling like a kid-centric resort. The food and room service was wonderful, and close to lots of different dining options in the area. All of the staff was friendly and helpful!

The Westin Stonebriar is a nice hotel in a great part of town. Comfortable, safe with easy parking. The property is clean and well maintained, and the staff was kind and accommodating. The breakfast buffet was excellent, better than most we’ve had. Note: the daily resort fee “can” be used for food and beverages charged to your room (meaning onsite dining) — it seems this is a common practice with Westin. But it leaves us feeling “forced” to spend extra just to break “even”…

Beautiful hotel and great amenities. The only thing I didn't like was housekeeping attempted to turn our room over before we checked out.

Lovely property, kind staff, super easy stay

Beautiful property, pretty modern and clean. Staff was wonderful! Pool was the highlight for us and our daughter. Water slide was a big hit. Saw they have a kids zone room but didn’t take advantage of it. Overall loved our stay and if we’re ever back in the Dallas area, this is our new go to.

Beautiful hotel! So clean and safe. Chose for my kiddo for the slide at the pool, and there wasn’t enough water on it and he had to inch down; that was the only con!

Everything was good. No complaints.

We requested to have our room cleaned every day but they only came one time. The room smelled very stale and seemed humid. Our towels didn't try at all.
