I am an older person who walks with a cane. The staff at this facility should be recognized for the stars that they are. This crew provided excellent service. The lady at the front desk when I checked in is fantastic. Dinal goes out of her way to make me feel welcome. She is always friendly with a big smile. The breakfast options are hot, fresh, and tasty. The breakfast attendant, Shamiza, keeps the area clean, organized, and constantly refreshes the breakfast items available. The evening front desk attendants, Manak and Remo, and the overnight attendant, Anup, were friendly and helpful. I appreciate their assistance and attention to my requests. The facility was clean and well kept, but the staff made this a 5 star experience. Thank you

Excellent service

I stayed in room 310 and the toilet backed up before my departure. I was under the impression I was going to be compensated for the room at the front desk. That didn’t happen. So the hundred percent satisfaction Guarantee didn’t apply evidently. Which Left me extremely disappointed. Minus that it was a good stay. I really wish I would’ve been credited for the room for my inconvenience.

They use 10 years old towels and don’t even clean the sheets. Even the staff were not cautious enough to listen rather aggressively argumentative. Overall cleanliness was not even good enough. Even the room book was not given. No more Hampton Inn in future.

I found the hotel to be an attractive, comfortable, and respectful place. The employees were very courteous and caring. We were there under difficult circumstances, but our stay was made comfortable. Thank you very much.
