Very clean Inside . Hot tub super clean , pool was nice as well . Breakfast basic , but clean . We liked it a lot

Very noisy on the second floor pets barked non stop and was woken up every morning by 5:30 from people getting ice from the machine. By 8am the breakfast was cold.
Which is sad as i stay at this hotel 4 times a year for 5 days at a time.

The lady at front desk was nice and polite when i asked for some cutlery after hours. Facilities are well maintained

The walk in shower was very slippery .. no grips on the floor of the shower.

The breakfast could be better very basic. For instance no bagels, which is something very easy to provide and fruit was bruised.

The pictures of this property are definitely strategically taken… this hotel is not well maintained and was very disappointing.

My flight was cancelled from Calgary to Lethbridge and when I called this property to let them know I would need to cancel my room the lady was VERY empathetic and friendly!!

Stay was ok. Disappointed that we got a standard room with 2 queens. We booked a suite. Not a huge issue we just like having more space. Pretty clean for the most part but not as clean as other Comfort Innns we have stayed in.

Borderline Meh hotel. Very hot in the building however the room ac worked. Very dated. Staff was ok but did not appear to want to be helpful. Blinds in room did not close. The sheer blinds did but the blackouts did not even cover a portion of the window.

THe hotel lobby felt very dark and not very inviting...the room was clean but also minimal "homey" colors or furniture.. it was an average hotel (not really awful but not really one I want to return to)

The place was clean and easy to find restaurants near by. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no movie to watch and the tv was old that couldn’t mirror the tv to the phone to watch movies and the usb would work on the tv

Comfortable beds, renovated deep tubs in the bathrooms. Excellent service at the desk. Breakfast was basic at best and not refilled quickly during busier times. Even shut down 25 min early one morning, so make sure you get down there early! Overall a pleasant stay and would stay there again .

Check in was fast and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was clean and smelled clean too. Comfortable beds, good AC, will definitely stay again!

View out of the window was of a roof couldn't see anything else except the roof. Room was directly across from the elevator which made it loud at all hours of the night. Bath tub drain plug when put in made a horrible sound. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming until complaint made at 10:30 PM then they started again at 7 AM. Booked the hotel because of pool and hot tub but couldn't enjoy it because of the over 20 kids with no adult supervision scream yelling and throwing a football in the pool area hitting windows and guests with the ball. Had to stand at the TV to have the remote work. Worst experience ever and got no sleep due to the constant noise.

We found a used syringe in our room , very disgusting and in acceptable. It was not hidden or we had to look for it, nkt a very clean establishment amd nobody at the front desk to render a actual complaint. Guess there was a reason why there was availability at this location. Never will be going back to this place again and will recommended nobody to ever visit this place.

Super convenient! I love how easy it is to get everything I need (grocery store, gas) and get back on the highway quickly.
