After I arrived the clerk Had me pa a extra 20 bucks for a room that was smelly opposed to the one a asked for. Then after I got out of the shower caught him watching me which was creepy.

Refrigerator was not clean and also seen roaches in bathroom. Need to put customers with dogs at another part of hotel so others are not disturbed in the night.

Did not like this hotel. There were bugs in my room and the TV has only two channels that worked. Also smelled terrible and dirty.

requested non smoking room, room, hallway, lobby smelled of smoke, required a $50 deposit for non-smoking room. bathroom door would not latch, no kind of soap in the bathroom. after being in the room for 1/2 hour, my wife developed a sore throat. there was mold around tub, paint cracking on the wall. parking lot was not well lit. the $50 deposit was to be refunded upon checking out, it appeared briefly for one day on my account activity and then disappeared

This was absolutely one of the worst stays in a hotel ever!! Wanted to charge me $30 for getting here 5 MINUTES early!! Then checked us into a dirty room with slept in beds! And that room had 6 pillows (3per bed) but even after checking us into that dirty room they still refused to give us 2 extra pillows in our “clean” room which only had 4. 4 adults sleeping in hard as rocks beds with one flat pillow a piece. Not good sleeping at all. Much less I had to remake both beds that were short sheeted to even cover up with the dirty blankets that were on the bed. However, I am glad we were only looking for a place to lay our heads down for the night, because the bathroom was just as nasty! Molded shower curtain, molded shower full of someone else’s hair, urine all over the wall, mirror that looked like someone had literally spit toothpaste ALL over! Completely disgusting! Completely unacceptable!

Prostitution going on in the building people fighting roaches on the walls. Only good thing is you can smoke inside and it’s cheap most of the time
