Overall the room was clean and comfortable, and quiet which was nice. Had an issue with the heat the first night but the staff was quick to rectify the issue the next day. Included breakfast was very good and all of the staff interactions were great. Would recommend this location. Would recommend

Looks nice in main foyer, but rooms are kind of outdated. Bathroom drains clogged. Bathroom vanity light half out. HVAC not good, barely worked. Beds hard as a rock. Service nice. Breakfast good. Parking ok.

Cleanliness and maintenance is a big issue. When I took off cushions to makeup sofa bed; one cushion had a huge red (blood) stain. The toilet seat and base were filthy. Tub faucet kept dripping. We also had a fire alarm at night & had to evacuate the hotel. However staff were non chalant & nobody directed us to any safe gathering spot. No one bothered to tell us if property was safe to return to. Called front desk and they put us on indefinite hold. When asked no one bothered to give us any details. Unfortunate for a Hilton brand hotel. Never had such a stay.

This trip was for my Anniversary. Overall my husband and i were pleased. The hotel itself, is quite elegant looking. The inside gives a feeling of grandeur with the high stories and glass elevators. The fountains and winding staircase add to this upscale appeal. Now the room itself was dated in design. However, the room was clean and the view was spectacular! one special touch was the surprise on the bed when we arrived. Rose petals (fake) and swan heart shaped towels!! This was the little sweet touch that added to our very special day. Breakfast was good. It is a nice hotel.

We always stay at embassy suites when visiting the Dallas are , we usually stay at the one in grapevine for the past 10 years and we decided to stay in Frisco considering our activities were going to be in the are very disappointed first off parking is horrible my truck didn’t fit in the garage area so had to park far from entrance with 3 little kids on top of having to pay $18 a day that we don’t have to pay at the other property, another thing we get into our room did not smell good at all the pillows and sheets had a horrible smell as if they weren’t even washed we requested them to be changed and they said they were out that they are ere all dirty , when my daughter went to get out of the shower she grabbed a towel that had blood on it all this was brought to the attention of the front services and was not acknowledged about it as if it was not a big deal experience with hotel was horrible will not be staying at this property location again

Bathrooms are getting out dated. Everything else wqs great. Bathroom sink leaked.

The property was nice. Our faucet dripped and the AC made a ticking noise part of the night. Also I keep getting small charges to my card but I should not have had any incidental charges as we did not use anything in the room.

I didn't like we had to pay an $18 parking fee. Also our television did not turn on with remote (but worked with remote once it was turned on) and the plug in our bathtub was broken.

Very nice interior and breakfast buffet. Convenient parking and on-site conference location. No soap and shampoo though.

Property was a bit dated, lots of kids being loud. But it was in a safe area and was clean.

We had a lot of issues with our room. There was no ice on any floor we tried. We didn’t have hot water to shower with. Our TV remote batteries didn’t work. Our phones did not work to call down to the front desk.

My stay was short but sweet. The staff that I encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I would stay at this hotel on another trip.

Great stay

When I arrived to the room it smelled like smoke, there were dirty black socks on the floor by the dresser in the room.. sonI asked them to clean the room they did, the front desk lady told me people check out and go back to the room after meetings and change , I guess they check out and still have key access and after the room is cleaned ?

The breakfast buffet is nothing like the buffet at the Denton, TX Embassy Suites where it is so much more plentiful.

It was all good. The secure latch on door was broken but we felt safe. The afternoon happy hour was good and the staff was excellent. We had a great time.

I am VERY dissatisfied with this hotel that I don't know where to start... I've reserved a room with balcony, didn't get that. I initially booked 2 nights, well we've checked in Friday 07/12 around 6p.m. and left around midnight because there were groups of teenager's running, yielding and literally having a "party" around our room hallways and going up and down the elevator. I've tried reaching out to the front desk, NO answer, so we decided to leave. Hotel personnel didn't offered options to switch rooms or anything, they limited to say "sorry about that"

My fiancé had an amazing 3 day stay! We had the king 1 bedroom suite with the balcony in which I thoroughly enjoyed!

I thought the manager specials used to be a lot better in the past and at different locations. The drinks were very small (not even a small cup, they were a half of a cup) and the food offered was fundamental (some veggies and ranch and crackers). The past receptions were a lot better. I went to get ice cream from the registration at 9pm, which was $10, and when I paid with a 20, they could not make change and said I couldn't pay cash; he said he did not have permission to make change. My question is why would he be working alone then? With everything closed, the food at reception were the only options The Starbucks/gift shop was open very short hours (6am-2) I feel a gift shop would be open into the evening.

The staff tried their best to address issues we had with our room though the issue was only temporarily resolved. Our A/C did not work it was either freezing & continuously blowing or it had to be off completely. We had to sleep with balcony door open to attempt to warm the room. If we didn't have a balcony room we never could've stayed in the room. On our last night the outside temps were high 90's & the a/c only blew hot air no cooling down. The room door didn't shut unless slammed. This was realized when my husband was laying down & I was about to shower after I finished unpacking I went to make sure the security lock was on & the door wasn't even latched. I literally needed to lean on the door to shut it forcefully. They offered to change our room because of the door but we were fully unpacked, this was before we knew there was an a/c issue. Then there was intermittent hot water, 2 of the 5 days there was not hot water no matter what time it was. Appearance can be deceiving because the hotel looks well maintained for the most part but clearly it's cosmetic & needs major upgrading on the ventilation system, hot water and room 704's door. I have not heard from Hilton as I was told at checkout by the front desk that I would. I will be contacting them directly.
