Property is not bad, pool is pretty nice however, if you are looking for a nice beach this is not the place, small and dirty surrounded by boats and water sports shops, not the place to sit and relax.

the Spa was amazing the breakfast was good and great coffee but …. no entertainment at the hotel and the room never got cleaned just towel change and bed making they need to step up house cleaning ALOT !

Very nice swimming pool.

Dirty and outdated facilities. Staff doesn’t communicate and at times is not responsive. Definitely not a 5 star….more like a 3 on a good day.

Spacious room with nice view from the balcony. Swimming pool and the beach are excellent place for family time, and watching sunrise. Staff are friendly and helpful. Check in and check out are swift. Birth cakes in buffet breakfast for my twins are certainly a surprise. Restaurants, massage, convenience store and laundry are just opposite the hotel. Overall good place to stay.

Check in was disappointing. One male front desk wasn’t helpful. Drain in bathroom isn’t draining well. Breakfast spread or the food itself didn’t taste good. Our first and last in Bali.

The room was lovely and spacious, the rest of the property is dated and could do with maintenance. The food hall needs a do up and more than one person at the egg station, every morning there is a queue. The pool area looks nice but can do with some outside lounges and a more lively atmosphere. I probably would not book this hotel again. Staff were friendly and helpfull.

Lovely room, staff were great. Nice restaurants. Nice beach area. The area does not have tons of amenities, but you can venture further via taxi. Overall, great relaxing stay

Older property but nice staff

My stay was amazing! The property is beautiful and the staff are the best. The general area is slow pace if that is what you’re looking for.

We were plesantly upgraded to a family suite, which gave us so much bigger space and a great view of the beach. Staff were always so smiley and friendly. Beach was just next to the pool! Kids club was the best, so many different games inside, we even manage to borrow a beach ball to play!

Found the property required some minor upkeeping and maintenance though after 5pm the place was barren, dead. We did experience an issue with our room initially where it smelt quite humid, and we were later moved. The resort did not have any functions after 5pm at all other than host a private 5-year-olds birthday function for someone who was not a hotel guest. We were looking forward to dinner and drinks with live bands by the pool till say 9pm? Staff generally tend to speak Balinese and not English in front of you with other staff which I find rude to the guest. This happens all over Bali too. Other than that, staff attention was great.

Beautiful private beach, friendly staffs and big room

Hotel is a great place to stay with very large pool and good all round facilities and excellent staff. Unfortunately no Indonesian restaurant on site. On arrival at 9pm both hotel restaurants closed and no room service. We were advised that all outside restaurants were also closed which was not the case. We discovered the next day a good variety of restaurants close by with some open till midnight.

The resort was comfortable and the staff were attentive. They surprised me with a birthday song and cake. It was lovely. I would definitely visit again.

All staff were helpful , friendly , pleasant and welcoming.

Loved the pool and being right on the beach

Pool requires a lot of maintenance as many tiles are missing, otherwise fantastic location and also on the beach.

Excellent location on the beach.Close to numerous bars and restaurants. Room very large and comfortable. However prices for food and drink expensive in comparison to local establishments. Pool in particular needs updating with numerous tiles missing.Another frustrating feature was that guests would secure loungers early and disappear for hours, Really frustrating and annoying.Pool staff could and should monitor more closely.Overall decent hotel in great location that needs further investment

Great breakfast and facilities

We stayed for 4 nights in a Family Suite. We really liked almost everything about it. The room was awesome, very spacious with a spectacular view, the buffet breakfast was great, and the pool was lovely and right on the beach (had a little island to swim to and a waterfall to play in). Not too big of a resort, so didn't feel crowded. Lots of little restaurants and shops within walking distance down the main road as well. The only thing that wasn't great was the kids club, the staff member didn't show much interest in the kids and they found it too hot and stuffy in the hut.

Tools are spacious and pool area on beach is lovely, the gym is first class. It probably lacks a little service, if you’re near pool thier no staff to order and drink or meal, you need to go to the pool bar. But for value and 5 star overall it’s a good hotel.note the hotels older style, but kept in good condition, lovely gardens annd pool area with beach.

You have been warned! Super super old and run down hotel and not well-mainainted at all. Wifi does not stay on! All outlet panels to charge device does not work! Towels are stained and frayed. Sink stopper run slow! Toilet interior stained! So not worth it for USD100! Go somewhere else! Do not stay at Hotel Nikko Bali. Not recommended at all. Should revamp! Cheap hangers, afraid guests of stealing it! Pictures said it all for the wall and the furniture and fixtures.. the bin! OMG! No money to even replace it! Wall bubbled, shower head rusted!

Great place to stay! Had a 2 day stopover and it was great.

Housekeeping was not done properly, had to request clean towels twice, no bar pool service. But overall was a lovely stay.

The hotel was incredible, me and my husband was very impress and was able to really relax and enjoy our stay. The breakfast buffet was delicious and so many variety of food. I would recommend to my family and friends.
