High standard hotel. Safe and quality!

These are number of things that cause inconvenience 1- when I was arrive on 11 May ,My check in time was 2 pm .we arrived around at 10 but for four hours they charge me extra half day payment beside my original booking . First they charge 19000 RS then told me 27000 .kind of confused me at the front . 2- the door key card won’t work . Two times I stayed out side room .key card won’t work .Finally they let me in through master key.which not quite safe when you travel overseas..it took two hours to repair everything. 3.Room wasn’t ready with amenities .which cause many inconvenience.like iron and iron board 4.food was awful and overpriced Room service and phone to front is so confusing . So finally I have moved to another place so I can Have my hassle free vacation .

Overall a nice place to stay, great staff and excellent breakfast.

Old property but well maintained. Excellent staff and service. Several dinning options in house, if you are tired of the traffic. Convenient location in the hear of the city.

They need to upgrade their room especially bathroom.

It was ok. But for five star I can’t rate it as a five star stay . Service was good but room was very old and washroom was terrible.

I love this hotel and its staff. Rooms are lovely. Breakfast buffet and restaurant are great. Has pool, gym and spa: all great. My only qualm is that the transportation desk (not owned by the hotel, but endorsed by it) is rude and in my experience dishonest . Apart from that, no qualms at all about the hotel itself.

Food was fantastic

I had a wonderful stay. Whenever I’m back in Rawalpindi I would definitely stay here again. Excellent gust service, food selection little too spicy for my taste though. I liked their security system and staff. All in all a good stay. I would definitely mention my room attendant Noor (Room #525) and breakfast host Sadra who greatly took care of me when I had some health issues.

The Mattress was extremely stiff. The Bathroom was too small and felt congested.

The property is very old not as described needs a full refurb .had mould in the toilet shower area dusty horrible fillthy carpets everthing but the entrance marble floor was in a poor state

I booked a room with twin bed but they gave me a single king, stating that it was based on what room details Expedia provided. They didn't have any other room available with twin bed. They stated that it was Expedia's issue and not theirs.

Quite Overpriced for the services given. Room and bathrooms need refurbishing. Overall security and safety was very good.

My stay was not really comfortable at the pc rawal pindi. Stuff were unprofessional. The rooms were not as clean as i was expecting. It was not worth it to pay alot of money for a hotel like pc rawal pindi to stay. Really expensive hotel. Cleanliness was 3 out of 10.

The hotel was clean and the lobby area was 5 star, but the furniture in the rooms was a bit dated and made them feel more like 3/4 star. The food in the restaurant was tasty and the service overall was good. Staff were friendly and helpful on the whole.

I received a warm and friendly welcome from the all the staff at PC. There was excellent service and very easy convenient and every thing accessible. I would like to especially Thank Mr usama and Mr Nouman so were very helpful and made me feel at home. The hotel is well secured and makes you feel safe.

The hotel takes security very seriously. Once inside, the hotel offers many options to dine, relax, exercise, work, or spend time with friends. Very comfortable. Food is excellent. Bathrooms nice but could use a little TLC. I would definitely stay here again.

Dont bother wasting your money. Its one of the worst places to stay. Oldest hotel that hasnt been maintained at all and they'd charge extra for everything !

It was a great experience..the staff overall was very excellent..the food was amazing @ the Bahara and Marco polo restaurants. The room cleaning staff went over and above for us...Those guys were so nice..PC is a great hotel with history to it and they have done an great job maintaining the place...Kudos to the managing team got to meet them ..exceptional people.. will definitely stay there again

Bad Experience Air Conditioning was not working

Overall stay was good but management need to work on staff behaviours, staff should be trained enough not to discriminate person on the basis of his look appearance.

The previous staff who is still working there is excellent. new staff members have unprofessional and unfriendly attitudes. they all have starring issues. do not use their rent-a-car service. they will over charge you by getting lost on purpose on the road just to use up your hours.

This is my third time here is pc hotel but every time I stay here, there is always key card issues, it doesn’t work right. I was out side of my room for about hour and half. And there manager are so rude all they say we trying but they go away and don’t come back for hours. This is my last time in this hotel will be in different hotels next time I am here. So be careful guys and good luck
