$149 for 1 nite the guy that checked us in was very rude. Then get to our room to learn theres no bath robes like it said there was. Then wake up to get ready and the powers been off all morning

We only stayed one night as we were passing through town. The staff was friendly and efficient. The room was very clean. The tv in the room greeted me by name. I did not expect that, but I loved it. I appreciated the large reusable bottles of soap and shampoo in the bathroom. No need to waste those tiny bottles that are usually in hotel rooms. The mattress was comfortable. The breakfast was rather disappointing, but it was free. We made do with what was offered. Overall, the hotel is great. We will stay here again when we're in town.

It was an okay stay. The pool area was slightly chilly but the water was nice. However, a rowdy crowd of 8 jumped in. The echolocation was not good because of the kids screaming, deafening my ears and prompted my anxiety. Hours on this site were slightly accurate. The only difference is the pool hours: 10a to 10p instead of 6a to 12a. I’ll come back again, but not on a weekend.

The room & hotel was very clean, updated & friendly staff. The bed was so comfortable. Both of us slept well. Highly recommend.

Gentleman that check ed us in late the evening of check in was not very polite. And we were unable to get extra pillows as he said they had none. We got a room with a sofa bed so our sons could sleep on that bed but luckily they brought pillows because otherwise they wouldn’t have had any. Pack n play was in our room as requested. That was nice. The room clean and had nice touches like hand cleansing wipes and Hershey kisses. But was extremely loud. Because of location near desk many luggage carts loudly rolling by on tiled floor early in morning. Could hear housekeeping vacuuming the room next to us at 800a. Had to wipe our own dirty tables at breakfast because no one was keeping up with cleaning the empty tables. Coffee bar was nice and always available.

The room was clean and smelled great upon entering (pleasant air freshener). Several personal touches by the housekeeping staff were noticed and appreciated. The front desk staff members were friendly and helpful. Very nice breakfast offerings were available.

The breakfast was fantastic, a lot of variety. Our room was very nice and clean. The only drawback was that our microwave was not really working for heating our takeout leftovers. I would definitely stay there again.

The bed was super comfortable. Location was great. Front desk staff was very kind and helpful as was the staff setting up breakfast.

We were surprised how good the hotel was considering it was much cheaper than the other ones around. Room was spacious, clean and quiet, breakfast delicious and had lots of options!
We will definitely stay there again next time we go to Louisville KY

I was thoroughly disappointed !! First and foremost my room was not cleaned and secondly, I was told that I could pay cash when checking out. I did not want it charged
to my credit card !! The cashier was not able to do conduct the transaction stating she did was new ? This posed a major inconvienienc !!

While the hotel was great it was the staff, Yolanda in particular, that really stood out. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and valued and that every detail was to our satisfaction!

Everything was great. The toilet seat was broken, it moved everytime we would use it. Also it’s seat was broken. Other than that everything was fine.
