We reserved a suite so that our family could be together for the holiday. We drive three hours to get there, and upon check in are informed that there are no suites available due to “maintenance issues”. The best they could do was two separate rooms. No other options. That put our family in two rooms for the holiday. Completely defeated the purpose of having a weekend away as a family.

Our room and the hotel common areas, elevator, grounds, etc were exceptionally clean and well kept. Beds where comfortable your liking with clean crisp sheets and varying pillow softness options.
We did not use the pool or eat at the hotel, but everything we saw passing by the dining/food area was orderly and well stocked with good options. Like the rest of the property it was well kept and clean.

The room was never cleaned, the breakfast was sub par and you had to buy it. We paid for the breakfast with our reservation but they weren’t going to include it. After a long argument and proof with the receipt on the website they gave it to us. No bar open later than 9pm. Coffee was cold in the lobby and tasted horrible. Would not recommend for the price, very overpriced and no amenities.

The room had the most terrible lighting. Lamps were disabled and only lighting in the room were small reading lights by each bed and on the desk. Bathroom ceiling was stained by a leak from room above. TV remote did not work well at all. Suspect it needed new batteries.

Very very noisy property right next to a highway ,you hear people walking above you,and we got put in a room above the swimming pool so had the air conditioning fans going .And people going to there rooms are not quiet. We found one member of staff on the front desk rude and ignorant

Clean facility and nice spacious room but a little over priced. The air conditioning was in a small closet area within the room. It was a bit noisy and the vent was in ceiling in front of bed. It blew air down onto the bed, which wasn’t my favorite. Overall a good stay, close to shopping area we wanted to be in so would likely stay again.

I will recommend this hotel to ANYONE! Our room had two bathrooms which was great when my husband and I both had to go at the same time lol. Very clean. Everything about it was amazing!

I booked two nights on Expedia. My flight was cancelled from Chicago to Omaha. When I arrived the next day, and arrived at the hotel, they notified me that my room had been resold and nothing was available. The hotel felt no obligation and told me I needed to take this up with Expedia. Probably the last time I will book with Expedia since this seems to give the provider, United Airlines and Hilton from having any obligation to provide services.

Exceptional friendly and professional staff got our entire youth group of 10 rooms total checked in very quickly. They were very patient with us traveling with over 30 youth. The rooms were very clean and the pool area was outstanding. Really made my job as leader very smooth. They even took my info for next time to book directly through their groups manager.

There was a chlorine bleach smell when we entered the room that gave us a headache and we had to leave the room with the windows open to air it out.
The noise between floors was herendous with a heavy set person in the room above ours.
The surprise pet fee of $75 was not explained until we signed in.
The refrigerator froze our food and made noises throughout our stay.
To top it all off the breakfast meals were over priced and wasnt expected.
