The unit had everything we needed for : night stay. It is conveniently located to Branson attractions and restaurants.
There was plenty of room. It’s a second floor unit, so if you don’t pack light, you’ll deal with stairs.

We always enjoy staying Palace View. However, our unit this time was a unit with a connecting door inside our unit that connected to the unit next to us and the door from our unit did not have a lock on it. This presented a security concern to me and while i do like the option of connecting unit o feel both sides should have a lock.

First time to stay at this property. It was extremely clean and the grounds were beautiful. We will definitely be back.

The property was clean and fine. Pool and hot tub were nice and staff was helpful. We could hear our neighbors like they were in our room, there was no noise barrier. Also, our neighbors were smoking and the air was pushed through to our room, so we could smell it in our unit.

Very convenient to head out and and have say with the family not far at all fun all the fun. And plenty to do at the hotel as well like ping pong and swimming was very enjoyable.

This is year four of us staying at this establishment. We've loved it and recommended it to many.
However, this year, we were quite dissatisfied with our stay.
A water line broke under the sidewalk of our building. We were without water for more than 12 hours and they were using a jackhammer, concrete saw, and tractor outside our room until 2am.
When talking with front desk staff, they were very apathetic and unaccomodating.
I can no longer recommend this location.

Hotel changed one of our reservations to a different location without notice. Family was separated on the property. Room was outdated and nothing like we had paid for. AC did not work. Beds much smaller than shown. Other reservations were fine.

Kids loved the pools. We enjoyed the quietness of the property. Very relaxing and in close proximity to attractions and shopping.

Check in was okay. The sofa bed was broken so people had to sleep on the floor. In the morning we tried to shower and there was no hot water. On our 3rd night people were smoking in the room and on the balcony that made our room smell like smoke. We contacted management and they said they could not do anything. Music was blasting until 1am on multiple nights. Overall this property is subpar and I would not recommend staying here.

It was a girls weekend! Mom and daughters! The condo worked out great! Wheelchair accessible as we requested, the bathroom is clean and accessible too. We had a wonderful time.
The kitchen has the basics, so if you need anything special please bring it with you!
Towels are nice and fluffy for showering. Pool was nice too, with a clean changing room. We went out for most dinners. Local restaurants and shops are close by. We had a great time. Plenty of parking.
