We ate supper in the hotel and it took a long time for a server to notice us and for the food to come. The food was fine. It just wasn’t at the level we are used to with other Marriotts.

Lovely comfortable stay. Do not bother with bus to terminal as can walk.

Really lovely stay and the staff were super friendly. Definitely worth heading to the bar for a drink.
It was a shame I couldn’t have a bath as the plug didn’t create a seal so the water drained out.
We would definitely stay again if travelling from Gatwick.

Excellent choice for airport. So convenient. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Ate a delicious meal in the restaurant. Location perfect. Parked the car in long stay carpark which is almost right next to the hotel. Approximately 10 minute walk to departures. I highly recommend this hotel.

The cutlery used for breakfast was dirty, despite obviously have been through a dishwasher. Being put in a room next to a banging door didn't help improve our experience of the hotel.

I loved the signs on walking path between airport and hotel. Rooms were spacious, and dining was great

We had a great stay at this property! The staff was great and we were able to check-in early easily. It’s an easy short walk from the airport and the train station. There’s a few fast food places also within walking distance.

Location of hotel was excellent in relation to the airport. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Bar/restaurant staff were also very efficient and provided excellent service. Overall property is showing so e wear and tear and requires attention.

Daily Bedroom cleaning was very poor. Did not clean room properly leaving trash, not changing cups, not changing towels, bed was made up poorly, etc....had to go to front desk everyday to get our key entry card rekeyed because it would not let me in the room. Poor experience that I relayed to the staff.

10 minute walk, from The AirPort The signs are hard to find, when first on The walking path is easy to find. Tip: go to elevator in The parking take this to level 0. Take left from elevator then you will find The path.

The hotel is good and very convenient to go to the airport, given the shuttle that stop at the hotel front door and take you straight to the airport.

Needed a hotel near Gatwick for an early morning flight and this was perfect. It may take a little more than 10 minutes if you're walking with luggage/ kids etc but there is a lot of signage re how to get there from the airport. Rooms were spacious and comfortable.Staff was friendly.

The restaurant food was no where near the standard I have come to expect from this hotel chain in Canada.
I realize it’s a hotel of convenience being so close to the airport however I do think the menu and quality of food could be greatly improved.
