Friendly and helpful staff! Clean rooms! Not much dining options within walking distance. They offer free airport shuttle service. They advise you to book shuttle service going to the airport which we did. However they could not find our booking and the same thing happened to another guest ahead of me who was checking out. They did call a taxi for us which they paid for. Overall it’s a great hotel!

great clean hotel

Very well trained and attentive staff we were traveling to and back from the Queen Charlotte Islands, the hotel shuttle to and from the airport was right on time and very clean. We brought back 150 -lbs of fish and the hotel was able to place the boxes in the walk-in over night. Very nice stay, the only draw back is in Richmond BC there is a lot of high rise construction and the Hotel is directly across the street from a future construction site.

The hotel itself is nice, great presentation. The sheets were the worst thing we have ever come one across in an upscale hotel. Felt like plastic.

The folks at the front desk were super nice, friendly and informative. The room itself was nice. Bathroom was kind of small - no real vanity to place your toiletries on. Nice soaking tub. When I got into bed I noticed the bedsheets smelled bad - like they weren’t dried completely before they were stored. Had to call for new sheets - they came in a timely manner. I also noticed that the drawer to the bedside nightstand kept opening up - it wouldn’t stay closed - not real good since it was right next to he bed! We found out afterwards that our friends received complementary toothbrushes as an amenity but we did not. I did like the complimentary bottles of water. So…pluses and minuses about this hotel. The parking was also limited in spaces - most of the spaces had chains in front of them so you couldn’t park there - confusing. The down ramp was really hidden too. All in all I might think of somewhere else to stay but their location is nice so it’s a toss up on whether I would stay there again.

From the reception area, the staff members gave us complimentary water bottles, cookies and apples. The staff was friendly, room was clean, and the location is convenient to restaurants, groceries, and shopping area. Enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back again! Nice, comfortable hotel with good sized rooms and good facilities. Highly recommended if you’re travelling out or arriving late in the day. The staff were friendly and attentive; easy to check in, arrange the airport shuttle bus, and leave luggage for a few hours after check out. My daughter got a stuffed bear at check in, which was a nice touch. Location wise, it’s a bit out of the way of town, as you’d expect from an airport hotel. The area is being developed but felt safe and clean. You can walk to shops in 10 minutes and to the train station to go into Vancouver in around 12 mins. As mentioned, there’s also a free shuttle bus to the airport which took away any stress about getting there on time.

Property was nice and clean. Not snack or beverage shop. We had a late check in. Price was higher than average hotel rate. Breakfast was ridiculously expensive. A cup of coffee was $6

Only problem was shuttle wasn’t running we had to get our own taxi at 330am

Nice clean professional

as we arrived, the receptionist personally came to help with our luggage. While we were checking in, we were delighted that we had access to water bottles. We had an incident where the shuttle did not acknowledge us waiting , therefore we missed shuttle to airport, but the reception person was apologetic and offered snacks and credit to Aprons for our room . We were grateful and never had such service from many hotels we stayed at…. very nice service and people… Will stay again and recommend for others…. Thank u. Five Star Service

easy walk distance to mall, restaurant & supermarket. room is great, spacious, clean & nice front desk! most recommended!

The location is perfect and convenient to everywhere in Richmond. Staff and service are great, I asked to replace the bedding set since one of the blankets has some smells, they changed it for me in time and there was also a call from the front desk for the follow up. Overall the experience is great.

Super practical airport hotel

The view was great in the King Size corner room. Everything seemed updated and clean and fancy. The staff was friendly and it was a very wonderful stay. It’s maybe labeled an “airport hotel,” but it just seemed like a nicer upscale hotel. Would recommend for sure
