Good , clean lodge with brekfast option

First time I have stayed at this motel have been looking for a regular motel to stay & I have certainly found my regular motel very reasonably priced & so handy to medical requirements

I liked everything about Forrest Lidge. Stay there all the time. Thai Resturant is the best.

Receptionist was rude. Walls are paper thin. Had to listen to the people next door all night and doors slamming. Eventually we just got up at 4:30am and left.

The motel had all what you need close to town and friendly staff

staff are very friendly. will be staying on our next rip to Dubbo. The Lime Thai restaurant is on site and the Thai is excellent!

Clean and comfy with friendly staff

Well, it feels a bit strange to write the following review after giving the ratings earlier. However, my beef is not with the staff or establishment as such, but rather that I feel the proprietor must take me for a fool. I booked for 3 nights, but had to cancel after 2. No problem I was told!. Why shouold there be, the guy charged my credit card immediately upon arrival and not at check out, which is what he should have done. So, when I asked if a refund of some kind was possible, I was told "No", as Expedia would not allow him to and he had already paid commission, etc. etc. and, they were fully booked and had to turn away 10-15 people a day. Hello! I checked out at 7:30am so there must have been a que of people wanting the room so what was the problem with a full or partial refund as I have experienced many other places around the state. OK, he was entitled to his money (although not charging my card without my permission), but the attitude and excuse for not considering an adjustment lacks a lot in terms of customer service. He should just have been honest about it and say "we do not give refunds" and not give BS as an excuse. We had planned for another week in September - it WILL NOT be at this motel. Recommend it - not on your life!

Accommodation good in all respects. Staff friendly. Only an overnight stay at this motel but would recommend

Everything was fine, the shower was very good, also the lighting, not always a given in motels. The wifi worked well.

The room was newly renovated, very very clean, everything worked well.

Nice quiet place. Close to the hospitals. Not expensive. Will stay there again.

I booked my stay very last minute and Debbie was so lovely and helpful. I wasn’t arriving until very late and she made sure I was able to check in easily after a long day. The room was super clean and the beds made immaculately. The air con was refreshing as well. Although my stay was short it was lovely and I highly recommend to anyone travelling to Dubbo.

Clean and comfortable, value for money

Very clean. Much quieter than where we normally stay.

Had a good nights sleep and the breakfast was very generous .

This was a stop over on the way home after Christmas with the family. The room was comfortable and clean, the service great and hosts welcoming. We will look to stay again when passing through.
