Excellent stay. I needed a quiet night away from home and this did it for me. Comfy, cool, and clean. My room faced I10 but I didn't hear the traffic.

Can’t access lobby without your key at night. Ok…cool…good safety feature. However the card keys they give you tend to stop working. Had to drop my daughters off at the airport only up return at 5am with a key not working and nobody at the front desk to let me in. Rang the bell 4 times and kept calling the front desk for a good 10-15 minutes until the front desk girl rudely let me know she was in the bathroom and I hadn’t been out there that long.

Although the hotel had a lot of cameras, i had my new truck stolen, that was parked in the front of the building..where was the security? And who was monitoring the cameras...(was it an inside job?)

We always try to stay at a place with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch. The pull out couch was uncomfortable with a very thin mattress. Breakfast was okay.

The hotel staff were curious and very helpful. The room was very clean and so comfortable. We will definitely stay there again when return to Houston.

Pillows are not normal size, they should be on a sofa. Hairdryer was broken and they forgot about our request to repair/fix (2 hours waiting), room took forever to cool, both side entrances to the hotel were broken so when returning to the hotel and having to park almost in the back, we had to walk all the way to the front of the hotel and after swimming in the outdoor pool, we couldnt re-enter the hotel and had to walk all the way around to the front again to enter the hotel in our swim suits. Breakfast is very limited in variety and subpar quality and taste at best.

Customer Service for Late night check-in was a bit slow with getting us checked in and now as welcoming but that could be because her focus was figuring out check-in but she was ok, not many words. Overall the place was NICE, spacious and in a very accessible area when it came to food and shopping! and morning check in team was more vocal about our being that and our thoughts about the stay! I'd highly recommend this location.

The hallways smelt like cat urine and our hotel door did not lock. We also had a busted lamp that didn’t turn on

So the first room they gave me, it was in renovation so I had to request another one … they were really friendly and gave me one with apology
The problem is that next to the hotel they are making some construction so it was really noisy from 6am ..

Horrible customer service from evening/overnight employee. If I was running the place she would have been fired last week. Side entrances around 12am were open without key access if safety is your priority. Room was clean (bed/restroom) but floors were dirty. The morning employee made up for it and was very polite. Noticed that A/C wasn’t the coldest but experienced another room from a family member and it was colder. Overall it’s a decent hotel for the price.

Property was very rundown and dated. Shower head need to be cleaned, sheets were ratty and cigarette burned, shower curtains were stained. Sheets seemed clean, but the overall place was quote gross. Definitely will not stay here again.

Great last minute pit stop after a long day of sight seeing (2024 Eclipse) breakfast was disappointing but overall a wonderful place for a great night’s sleep.

We are finishing up a 7 day trip in Texas. We split our time between Houston and San Antonio. I wish I had looked up this property prior to booking the hotels we stayed at. Comfort and space alone, this place is so much better already. Highly recommend it!

Our stay was really good! The only issue I had was with the keys. I had to change them twice because they didn’t work after the 1st time we used them. But everything else was good!
