I don’t often write a bad review, however this hotel requires a lot of work on the management and communications to staff. We had a few issues, and gave up in the end and spent most of our time outside the hotel. Firstly upon check in I was told breakfast was till 11am, I questioned this , as key card stated 10am However was told the hotel is full, therefore they have extended, we arrive at 10.00am ,told breakfast ends 10am. So I didn’t get any breakfast for which I paid for, we spoke to manager and was told mis communication between staff, however it is meant to be 11am, they offered us lunch or dinner or room Upgrade. We went for complementary lunch , which was a 2 course set menu with only 2 choices, however the manager advised us we could choose from menu to a value of 150,000, I selected a meal which cost 190,000, I was happy to pay the difference, 30 mins after I ordered expecting my meal to be coming , waiter advised I was not permitted to select a higher meal and pay the difference, so I said but why have you taken 30 mins to tell Me this , we gave up and went out for dinner as it was 9.30pm. Second issue: we in our room after breakfast and outside they are fumigating, within 10 mins our room , hall way all Outside area is full of smoke and smell , we cannot breathe or go outside, it was truly shocking. Third issue, no pool towels Although staff are apologetic there needs to be much improvement, grounds and pool are lovely and our room was fine.

Great location to end my Bali travels in onsite spa treatments, great pool, lounging and free breakfast with great diverse options

The property is a little tired but the pool area was wonderful. Dining room and poolside care was average. Breakfast limited to the main dining room, whereas dinner was by the poolside. Menu was very limited. The bathroom areas were not very well cleaned. However, the beautiful staff were very helpful and ready to assist.

The staff at reception went out of their way Hosekeeping staff and some hospitality staff I would rate as average.

Nice room and good facilities in a good area. Local shopping in the centre yet to fully return.

Meal options were limited. Specials advertised on the tables in the restaurant were not honoured.

Not very polite staff that wants deposit for your stay after paying all in advance, don't accept cash in foreign currency and work with extremely expensive taxi drivers. The block table breakfast suddenly was reduced to three menus. Many Russian guests...

Very good stay

The property is so clean and new. The breakfast was nice with a choice of different hot and cold food. The swimming pool was clean. The hotel offers you 2hours free bicycle. The only thing is the property was so quiet. We would suggest some local cooking classes or events at night to be held at the property taking into account that the Nusa Dua Area is private and not having beach parties. We had to go to other hotels for entertainments. Apart from that it is good place for couples.

Only criticisms are that the aircon was not as cooling as could be, the fridge didnt chill the water enough and the shower head wasnt working efficiently. However, these are minor issues and didnt stop us having a very enjoyable stay.

The aircon was not very good. It is difficult to go to the beach as you are not allowed to use the amenities of other hotels. the staff was friendly but once we were leaving, they wanted us out quickly

Liked: The staff are all trained up for answering questions about food, hotel services, booking activities. The beds are comfortable. The Spa had experienced staff providing great service. Breakfast was slightly varied daily. Evening choices from the hotel restaurant were good. Great cocktails! :) Disliked: No Radler Beer

Fantastic staff, small quiet hotel by Nusa Dua standards. It’s a 4 minute walk through an alley way between the Sofitel and Club Med to the beach. The pool stretches over 50 metres in front of the rooms so you can do a decent swim. Food was lovely, service was exceptional. It is in Nusa Dua so expect manicured lawns, pavements you can walk/cycle on and shuttle buses to expensive shopping/restaurant villages rather than the chaos of normal Bali.

Staff were fantastic. Very affordable, very clean. Terrific breakfast and room service. I recommend the airport shuttle option.

Great value for money, awesome pool and great location, although not beachfront, it is easy to access.Rooms are clean and spacious for a hotel room. Lagoon access are great rooms.

Value for money. Though there is lot of defect in the room, water leakage from air-conditioner, insufficient lights and greasy boiling point which have been fixed by engineer.

Everything is good except wifi performance.

Staff were very lovely and helpful. The rest was not the best. It’s a very budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Hotel needs a serious revamp. Rooms were small, bathroom was extremely small, like had to shimmy past the toilet when getting out of the shower small and I’m a rather slim person! Not very clean and bits of dodgy patch up work done in the rooms, beds were hard and the pool was not very clean and the pool water was very warm! We were here for Nyepi day and not much was explained before hand about what was on offer for the day. Have been for Nyepi day a long time ago and things have changed a lot. We had to be in our rooms at 6pm with all lights out, I don’t mind because it’s respect for their culture but if I’d known before our stay how different it was going to be I wouldn’t have stayed for Nyepi. We weren’t allowed to take food back to our room after breakfast/lunch/dinner even though we had paid for the buffet. Have never had an issue with this in the past in other hotels in Indonesia. Honestly wouldn’t stay here again.
