I would have given a top rating however the door was faulty and the air con kept turning off. They did fix it immediately once reported. also the bath needed to be cleaned before being used. And then was not able to drain.

Stayed for 7 nights in prestige suite with our two kids. The suite was excellent, so much room for the kids, and that was with two rollaways. Service excellent everywhere, the staff were very friendly and helpful - especially when my son fell sick.
Breakfast was very average. We had club access which was average ( although alcoholic drink selection excellent). Kids couldn’t access lounge in evening but were served food in kids club ( mainly sweets). Kids club was ok, lots of space but a bit run down - esp. hole in trampoline!
Our suite was facing the beach. Beautiful view, but soooo noisy on three nights with weddings outside until 10pm.
We wouldn’t stay again due to food being average and too noisy. Also lots of missing tiles in kids swimming pool resulting in cuts

Beautiful hotel with plenty pool options. Friendly and helpful staff and rooms with beautiful decor . Loved my stay at this resort . The only thing I would recommend is better cocktail recipes

Totally amazing hotel. Staff all lovely and friendly. Pool is exceptional. Breakfast buffet exquisite. Drinks priced a little higher than other places but there is a little local warung selling cheap Bintang just north of the property 1 min walk away.

We had an excellent stay at Sofitel Nusa Dua. The staff were friendly. The services were excellent and speedy when any request was made. Food was excellent. Generally very clean facility. Would definitely come back again.

Service was very slow and terrible. Staffs are not competent. It seems that they are lack of staffs. Check in and check out very2 slow, we have to wait for half an hour until somebody asssted you. Check out time is very unflexible and the staff rudely told us to check out of the room eventhough we're still having breakfast. And we were told that we couldn't extebd eventhough we want to pay, and when we checked on their website they still have some rooms availabilities
This sofitel is really dissapointing and doesnt reflect the image of sofitel woldwide. I think thye are ruining the image of sofitel

the Sofitel was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Bali. the food was fantastic and lots of variety.
the pools were brilliant.

We had an amazing 2 weeks at this hotel we had a fabulous time the hotel is beautiful and staff are all amazing and can’t do enough for you , rooms very comfortable and clean pools and all restraunts are lovely . Very relaxing and will definitely go back again .

Fantastic resort, loved everything, room, dining, staff, pool and cleanliness. Nothing was ever too much trouble for all the staff. Our second time to stay and we will definitely be back again.

Nice and relaxing hotel and neighbourhood, plus excellent service, but slightly spoiled by aging hardware, eg, milky then muddy water coming out of the tap on our first night, caused by the pumps according to the technician

The resort is beautiful and the staff are extremely nice and helpful.

The interior is dated. The bathtub has old stains. Water stains also on around the basin. Didn’t meet my expectations for a 5 star hotel who served the G20 conference.

Beautiful, luxurious, walk from the beach, water activities are easily available. There’s also a pool and a lot of activities for kids. The breakfast was an amazing buffet, so many options. It’s a pretty busy hotel though if you are looking for more privacy.

Breakfast was average comparing it to other resorts, service at breakfast was again average had to ask multiple times for simple things like water, napkins etc.
they had run out of butter one morning. Other than that it’s a nice resort poolside service was great, dinners were also great.

The food was disappointing. The buffet breakfast was cold, although there was alot of options.
We waited an 1 1/4 hours to get food poolside and had to ask several times where it was.
The rooms above us sounded like elephants walking and chairs were constantly being dragged across the floor.
The room was clean and night-time bed turn down was a nice touch.
It was also nice that towels were provided pool side and at the beach. The staff were obliging

Sofitel Nusa Dua is really great. The facilities, the ambience, the cleanliness are really top. But, most importantly, the staffs are really nice and welcoming.
The only downside is that they fold the beach bench by 8 PM. Sometimes I like to sit and walk by the beach at night.
However, overall, great experience with the Sofitel Nusa Dua

The hotel was good overall , little dated in some areas . Hotel was clean and pools were great . Ocean view room was a little disappointing with the extra you pay but they moved us over with better view. Breakfast was great and employees service anywhere in hotel was excellent anywhere you went . Overall we enjoyed our stay at the hotel .

Overpriced for Bali. While an amazing resort and you got 5 star. I’ve stayed in other 5 star resorts and had better. Would not stay here again, but again a great experience

Staff overattentive and pushing for extra add ons when you are dining or by the pool. Overall resort was nice but elements like the pool had some run down sections.

We stayed as a family of three with a toddler and were extremely happy with the main pool, kids water area, open manicured gardens and pathways in and around the resort and along the beach. Our one bedroom was large and very clean which was ideal for all sharing the same space - we loved the balcony with pool views and swinging chair.
All staff were so lovely and welcoming. A special thank you to the morning staff that were quick to assist us and our toddler at the buffet breakfast and an extra special thank you to Eka who looked after our son at the childcare and also a couple of evenings of babysitting - we felt very comfortable that our child was in good care.
The Italian restaurant and the buffet breakfast were highly enjoyable. Our only slight negative comment is that the other resort dining options were heavy on Western food (and very Mexican dish skewed) menus and the quality wasn't as good as expected.

Sofitel Nusa Dua, offers so many amentias it's unbelievable. Bubble Baths, room Spritz's bike trips, yoga classes, the list goes on and on. The staff is so gracious and friendly.

The room and the bathroom are outdated. Breakfast was bad. The worst of all, I had a horrible experience, it was on the second day of my staying. I was taking a nap, then somebody rang the doorbell and shouted check out time. When I opened the door, she said she is from frontdesk and said to me I have to check out. I said, my stay is until tomorrow, then she checked her ipad and easily said I am sorry. She pretended asking me if probably I need something. Just slammed the door in front of her face. What a very bad experience staying in 5 stars hotel with this kind of treatment. It never happens to me this kind of service ever with other hotels.

The property is good. The bathroom and toilet need fans so that mist doesn’t deposit on mirrors and walls. The beach is not ideal for swimming as other properties nearby.

Spoilt for choice with the restaurants, reasonably priced also. Peaceful atmosphere with a wide range of activities, private beach, massage on the beach or at the spa. Kids club, 4 pools also. Stayed in the twin plunge pool room.which is stunning. Twin beds are big enough to have two people. Breakfast buffet was amazing. All different cuisines, many dishes changing everyday. A very memorable experience and highly recommend.
