Had a wonderful, albeit short stay. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. (Thanks Ady and all the staff) The rooftop bar and restaurant is fantastic with excellent food and service for very reasonable prices. The room and bathroom were very clean and the room was also very quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. Sleep quality - excellent. WiFi is good. Laundry service available. Luggage storage available for late flights. Airport pick-up and drop off arranged for 150,000 rupiah. Will definitely stay again!

They brought up a bucket of beers for us which was kind, and placed a member of staff there for the 8 guests that there were, but we couldnt have any of the cocktails, and it felt really flat given that was our attraction to the hotel!

From the moment I stepped into the hotel service was excellent, very friendly staff, most obliging and helpful. Room was very clean, very comfortable. Hotel was close to all ammenities - shops, restaurants, beach. Excellent price.

Ion Benoa is a great hotel with a great budget. One of the best choice on the local area. Hotel provides free shuttle to several beach and shopping area.

Location wise not bad, plenty of bars with similar menu (mostly western) along the street, plenty of convenient stores as well. Internet only worked at lobby, room air conditioning not always cold. They provide free shuttle to and fro beaches at no cost, including to Pendawa Beach which is about 20 minutes away, this could be a big saving if going by taxi instead. But the pool and rooftop bar a bit underwhelming, pool didnt look clean enough. Unlike advertised in some websites, no proof needed for room-sharing couples. Overall, good bargain for this price range.

Positive: - Free shuttle service to several beaches and shopping malls - Well located, close to many restaurants Negative: - Dirty and worn out towels, sheets and pillows - Very functional but too small room - Limited choice for breakfast but they can prepare omelettes or pancakes at your request

Definitely worth staying in the area if you want to explore Nusa Dua etc. So much cheaper than the hotels near the main beaches and the hotel offers free shuttles (just book in advance). The strip itself isn't all that, cheap shops but the restaurants are all the same! Literally same menu same price. All the staff are so lovely, friendly and helpful. They really made me feel welcome. The premises are a bit run down in places - the rooftop bar for example, but the friendly staff more than made up for it. Thank you!

There are lots of great restaurants in the area. The staff are great although sometimes there is a language barrier (they did not understand when I asked for extra toilet paper to be sent to the room). The service they offer to shuttle to the beach is great. My favourite was Geiger beach. The hotel DEFINITELY needs to upgrade the towels in the rooms. They have a weird smell and stains on them. Just old towels. They do offer beach towels which are in great condition. I did not get breakfast at the hotel I just went out to try different cafes instead which was cheaper than this upgrade. I did order room service one night and food was quite tasty, although the room service department kept calling me after for no clear reason.

Hotel was very clean with high standard staff. Overall experience was really good. Only breakfast range was small. Not everybody wants to eat noodles and rice for breakfast. Really recommend some fruits and fresh tomato/cucumber and some sandwich material like ham,cheese etc.

Nice beds en near to restaurants, supermarkets and massage salons.

Pros: very friendly and helpful staff (nothing is too much trouble). Room was a good size and facilities were good. Cheap!Cons: Wi-Fi was a bit intermittent. Sheets could do with a bleach (greying white sheets, but clean and smelt nice!). Theres loads of restaurants and a couple of mini supermarkets around the hotel. Not that close to the beach, but there is a free shuttle. Close to Bali Collection (free shuttle).

The rooms have only what you need (which isnt bad - we didnt plan on spending much time in the rooms) and there are some paint spots around the room. What made this holiday fantastic was the staff. We would have mini pool tournaments and we even caught the attention of the hotel manager, Mr Melky. We met his family and he would even offer us lifts to places, the family became our friends for the duration of our stay! The hotel food and drink is lovely and well priced - similar to prices of bars and restaurants down the street, much unlike most hotels which seem to charge double for their food and drink. The hotel itself is tucked away but a very short walk to the beach - where you can relax but theres also plenty of parasailing and all sorts of watersports at your fingertips. The hotel pool is lovely to swim in and looks very pretty with all of the over hanging greenery, however the swim up bar is not in use, though Im sure in time and in high season this will change (we stayed in low season and the hotel is only a couple of years old!)We had a fantastic time and will definitely be going back soon to see the staff again.
